Came the same evening I called for an estimate and offered to come back next day to install. Very efficient, fast. Did an excellent job with 2 new garage door opener installations. I am happy with the result and learned a lot about the installation process. Thank you.

I called them via HomeAdvisor, and before HomeAdvisor could actually put me through to United Garage Doors, he was already calling me. He was in the area, and arrived 4 minutes later. Took a look at my broken springs, advised a very cost-effective replacement and did it right then & there. Both doors working perfectly again 2 hrs later. Couldn't be happier. He was also very friendly and gave me advice on other door repairs that will likely be needed (confirming what another company had shown me). 5 stars!

Reviewed every detail with me and show how everything work. I could not decide on a pattern for my windows and he showed me several styles that were great. With his suggestion I picked the one he suggested and was glad I did the garage door is outstanding and I have had several compliments. He did a super job and I would greatly recommend him to anyone that ask me. Boy did he know his stuff. Appointment was on time and the door and garage opener were installed very professionally. Just can not say what a super job he did enough got me smiling every time time I pull up into my driveway.

Told me my garage door had the wrong springs and they needed to be replaced and tried to tell me the opener was old and needed to be replaced. Called another company and found none of this was true. I think United saw a female senior citizen and tried to get me to do unneeded repairs.

Ray went above and beyond to make sure my garage door was safe and serviceable. Would recommend to everyone!

It seemed a bit expensive for the parts and time spent repairing one garage door and replacing the wheels/lubing the other door, but both work like new, and it was less than 4 hours from calling home away until the work was complete. The sales was a tad aggressive, but their heart is in the right place.

The crew showed up on time...removed old doors & installed 2 new overhead doors in a few hours. However, the sales person told me they would remove all the trash. They put the old doors in a dumpster I had for another job ( I reluctantly told them they could-hopefully there was enough room for my original job ). However they left 2 full cardboard boxes of the old fittings, cable from the old doors, various screws, & for days I picked up screws, metal fittings & cable from the garage floor & the surrounding grass. The doors work well, but the cleanup was terrible.

Ray contacted me almost immediately after requesting the appointment. He then came out to do an in-person assessment of my needs (at my request), then we negotiated the equipment and cost and decided to move forward on the spot. I then received a call from his technician about the actual install, they showed up on time and the work was completed. There was one minor hiccup regarding the safety "eyes" sensors, requiring the removal of a garage door stud, which was not ideal, but they attempted a work-around and could not resolve the issue without the stud removal. Everything works fine thus far and they were very accommodating to my exacting needs.
