United Garage Doors

We had a car trapped in our garage when the door failed (broken spring over the door) and we couldn't open it manually. It was mid-afternoon and we needed a fix right away so that we could get to important appointments we had scheduled for the next morning. We called the original installer used by our builder and they promised to get back to us "right away" but didn't. I then contacted United Garage Doors and they sent Ray to repair it in less than two hours of hours of my initial contact after I explained our desperate situation. Ray came out EXACTLY when promised, did a very professional job. He needed a replacement spring and had it delivered by another one of their trucks in just a few minutes. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them, and shall use them in the future for any garage door work.

He priced matched the competitors, however the quality of work was sub-par. The beam holding the tension bar was unbalanced, he left finger prints on the bottom of the garage door.

Ray was very knowledgeable, the prices were great and we are extremely satisfied with this company! We have used them twice and we recommend them highly!

A.J. was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent since day one and he gave us advice regarding our new garage door. He took two hours to remove the old door and install the new one. The price was fair and slightly cheaper than the other quotes I received.

Great Price and Great Customer Service. AJ showed up on time, gave me an estimate and offered to install the next day. I waited until after the weekend. Again AJ showed up on time to install the door and opener. It looks great and the opener works perfectly. Gave us a 5 yr warranty on the door and Lifetime on the opener.
