Dean was the repair person assigned to my home. I must tell you that Dean did a wonderful job at explaining to me what the problem was, what caused it, and how to prevent it in the future. I had a lot of questions since I never had a garage door opening system before. He was very patient and did a great job. It was a relief to know I did not have to purchase a whole new system since I just moved in a year ago! I would definitely hire United Garage Doors again and definitely would ask for Dean as the repair person. The price I felt was reasonable and not as much as I was afraid I would have to spend. Thank you again, Dean!!!

Added my project to homeadvisor on a Sunday night and heard from AJ from United first thing Monday morning. We scheduled an estimate for Wednesday of the same week. Due to the professionalism, punctuality, and cost provided I chose United to do my garage door. I informed them of my decision on Friday and by the end of the day Monday the work was completed. Excellent job, superb clean up, explained all the features of the opener and explained the warranties on both the door and the opener. Kudos to AJ and his team!!!

Fast response after contacting Home Advisor about my need. Called before arriving as requested so I could leave work and meet them. Arrived on time and technician, Dean, was very knowledgeable. He explained the problem, all of my options and cost. He left to get new garage door opener, came back quickly and completed the job in a fast and professional manner.
