I just had a Navien boiler/ hot water heater combo unit installed. I wish to think Dwayne for his time and effort in making this happen. Dwayne you are awesome thank you so much! The installation crew and servicemen were very knowledgeable, very professional and very courteous. Answered every question that I might have and then some. Thank you Tyrell, Christopher, Dylan, Mike and Corey. They were all very knowledgeable very polite and kept a clean workspace! Cleaned up after themselves. Good luck in school Tyrell and keep up with your studies! Once again thank you Summit Heating and Air for a GREAT JOB!!!

Description of Work: They replaced my entire HVAC system. They were very fairly priced and during the installation they were missing a part that they ordered from Bryant and got installed within the following couple days. They were very prompt and their customer service was top notch. Their front office staff is exceptional as well, if they miss a call they call back within hours and they are extremely friendly and responsive.

Description of Work: Came promptly and determined that AC could not be repaired. Fast estimate, once accepted, fast service. Needed electrical work, which was done by outside electrician of their choice - not very good. We complained, and were not charged. Otherwise, fine.

Description of Work: Replaced our 20 yr old furnace and A/C with a new more energy efficient heat pump and humidifier. They were very flexible with their scheduling, accommodating a last minute change in plans due to a conflict that came up unexpectedly with my job. | |On the actual day of installation, they were on time and stayed until the work was done and fully tested. The only issue was the wrong humidifier was sent by the manufacturer. They immediately ordered a new one, and followed up once it was in to schedule a time to install. This was a pleasant surprise, as too often I find I have to be the one to follow up with contractors to make sure the work gets done. Not with Summit!
