The personalities of the workers were really good, but the quality of the work wasn't what I expected. I was extremely disappointed regarding the unperfections. They were cutting wood and I just had my house painted. They did not have a filter and the saw dust went on the walls. I would not hire them again and it frustrates me in regards to the work done.When raised these issues to them I called them twice and emailed them twice. I got a text response that he was at the beach and would respond to me. I have not heard from him since and would not have it back at this point. As I am looking through the house I have found 2 more areas of the cabinet they were to paint they did not finish. Also, they broke the door frame where they cut out the flooring and did not mention it to me.

We updated the small half bath in our home right before we sold it. We were looking for a lot of bang for our buck, replacing builder grade materials with high end products. During the planning process, the owner was very helpful, suggesting wainscot to tie the entire design together. They cleaned up every day and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process, including making sure the kids knew not to walk on the tile or use the sink and toilet until everything was finished. We ordered many of the basic materials ourselves and they installed it. The day after the granite floor tiles were installed, the owner noticed a crack in one of the tiles. He peeled it out and replaced it. I would have never seen the crack, but he pointed it out and said it would be an issue in the future. That's the kind of attention to detail I came to expect from them! He also noticed a tiny hole in the overflow of the sink we had ordered online. They placed the damaged sink (to eliminate a sink-less bathroom), leaving the water flow turned off, and then returned when the replacement arrived to complete the installation. I also loved that they were extremely polite and never used foul language! They're not going to be the cheapest company that you find, but they'll be the best. Our realtor said that the small half bath renovation made a huge impact on the sale of our home in such a tough market. Since we moved, we've hired them to do another bathroom renovation in the new (to us) house!
