Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for roof maintenance. The Fedale rep was prompt and professional, but basically performed no "maintenance" beyond telling me I needed to replace my entire roof. Subsequently, while I was waiting on an estimate, Fedale did come and caulk several leaky spots on my roof. Whether this caulking represented the "five hundred dollars worth of roof maintenance for $200" that was advertised is questionable. Subsequently I received Fedale's estimate for the entire roof job. Their price was very high compared to estimates I got later from other companies. In addition, they recommended replacing an asphalt section of my roof that is in fact only 10 years old (and carries a 50 year warranty). These issues made me worry that Fedale was more motivated by profits than by customer service. But they were definitely on time, pleasant, easy to deal with people. I liked them personally very much, and had I not sought additional estimates would have blithely accepted their bid.
