We got them off Angie's List. The guy who came out said he would send the pictures of our roof from his office and he didn't take any of our email address. He didn't send us any pictures. He just went up on our roof and said the roof was fine; but he said he would give the pictures & he didn't. He never followed up with the work that he did. I would not recommend him. We got a deal, so it was reasonable. He was on time.

The guys tried to tell us there were holes in the side of the house up by the roof that needed to be repaired. This was not correct. But they did a good enough job with the insulation we hired them to lay.

He showed up on time, was professional and performed the work as expected.

Prompt scheduling. Courteous technician. Did exactly what I asked.

After I bought this special from Angie's List, I called and made an appointment, but then had to reschedule due to a conflict. No problem to reschedule. The worker showed up on time and called to let me know he was on my way. Although this was a very small job, I was handled with a high degree of professionalism and would recommend G Fedale to anyone.

We had never worked with Fedale's, but decided to take advantage of the special offered by Angie's List -- $79 for 2 hours of exterior caulking around windows and doors. The representative was exactly on time, was very professional and did a great job with the caulking. Couldn't ask for more! In fact, we were so impressed that we asked Fedale's to quote us on a new window and three new custom doors. We've committed to the work and expect it to be done in January 2013.

I was pleased with the work that was done. Pat arrived on time and completed the winterization package. After completion he told me that the main gutter needed to be clean and the aluminum on top back main needed to be secured. He asked me to come to the back of the house so that I could look at what he was doing. The entire job took approximately 1 hr. Pat was professional and personable. I asked him several questions about the roof and he readily answered my questions.

Everything went as expected, they will very professional and responsive. We don't have a reference point to know if that is expensive or not and don't have way to check quality but would use them again due to how well they did in all the other categories.

Overall it seemed it was fine. I paid more than I expected because approximately a year ago they had given me an estimate for the $8000 range. The foreman and managers were very thorough .

The G. Fedale Company contacted us when we purchased the $79 Exterior Home Maintenance Deal. We weren't able to take advantage of this offer right away, but were able to set up an appointment within the expiration time. Scheduling was very easy and accommodating. One thing we didn't know ahead of time was that 30 minutes would be extracted from our 2 hours for travel. This did not cause any problem, but would have been good to know before purchasing package. Pat came out to do the work on our home. Due to a glitch with his GPS, he arrived later than expected. However, he stayed in touch with us the entire time and the late arrival did not cause us any problems at all. Very professional. Pat walked around the house with me and I pointed out all the problems of which I was aware. He got right down to work. I came out to check on him about an hour later and was pleased to find he was finished. He showed me all the areas he caulked. He really did do a thorough job and found and addressed some additional problem areas. Also, due to a miscommunication on my part, he had missed looking over one window. He cheerfully took his ladder off the truck and checked it for me. He felt the house was in pretty good shape and only had one suggestion for future work. Pat gave us a suggestion for replacing two vent covers on our roof. He gave us a bid for this work. We were very pleased with this company and felt they did a very good job. We will use them again in the future.

We are waiting for him to complete the work.

Patrick was excellent! Very professional and informative. Made suggestions on ways to improve attic ventilation. Also gave me an estimate on the removal of a Dish/repair of roof that was installed by the previous owner of my home. Will be getting the work done soon and look forward to working with Patrick again!

So far, we really don't know. Further repairs need to be done.

The special was $79 for two hours of service. During scheduling, I was not informed that the two hours would be reduced by 20 minutes for technician travel time. The technician did inform me on arrival. And.... he was able to complete the service on my two story house with the allowed time remaining. Fabulous job! Would highly recommend!!!! :)

Appointments rescheduled two times due to rain. Secretary was prompt and very nice. Service person was on time, very nice and efficient.

The G Fedale team made scheduling and setup easy. The crew showed up and completed the main work on time, when they said they would. This was impressive due to the inclement weather that week. I was happy with the care they took in cleaning up the property after they finished the work as well. Finally, I'm pleased with their followup work on the downspout that I mentioned previously. Great care was taken to address the downspout issue properly, even though the job was complete and G Fedale paid. I feel like I should provide at lease some bit of criticism, so here it is. It took a few weeks to get the followup downspout work scheduled. This wasn't a problem. The issue was something that wouldn't have been an issue for some time in the future (years). So time wasn't of the essence by any means. What's more is that we were in pretty constant dialogue, so I was never in the dark about their intentions. Everything was performed as expected, and we are happy customers.

I was impressed that the company proactively contacted me to schedule right after I purchased the Angies List deal. Scheduling was easy and Pat was quite punctual, professional and efficient. It took him less than the allotted time to work since several of the windows were not able to be caulked. He provided an estimate for some work on the roof which seemed a little high but likely would be quality work from my experience with the company.

Used the Angie Lists deal and was excited to get someone out to re-caulk my windows etc. But was disappointed with the job it was really sloppy and the guy acted like he did not want to be their. He was looking at his phone and did not stay for the full 2 hours. What he did I could have done myself. The caulking was not professional looking at all!! He was nice about it, but was also told not to do anything but caulking when the job says fixing siding, re-caulk etc. So Fedale does need to let their people know what the job entails!! I would use the company again, but definitely would like a better person doing the work!!

They are one of the only GAF Master Elite Contractors in the in my area. They are a family business and a very responsive company. Their was two minor problems with the roof and the owner came out without no hesitation and fixed the problem. The company was accomplished professional who made the correct adjustments to the roof to make it a quality roof.

I’ve used them in the past and I already had a relationship with them. We were able to work out the price and work quickly. His prices were fair. I will definitely use him again.

They were very responsive to my initial phone call. The salesman that came to the house was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. They were less responsive in actually coming out and starting the job. Once started they were hard working...large crew. On one part of the job they had to leave due to darkness. Unfortunately they were unable to come back in the next several days. In the intervening time we had a large rain storm which resulted in some interior leaking and damage from the incompleted part of the roof. After they completed the job, it hasn't leaked since. There were some cosmetic parts that once I drew their attention to, they fixed. Another part of the job were gutter guards. They installed some with the other roofing job. But another part required a different type of guard so they had to order the different ones. This took a month but once they were installed well. I had asked them for an estimate on my son's house roof (we were giving him gutter guards for Christmas). I requested the estimate several times. Finally got it two days before Christmas. At the beginning of the year I asked them for a written estimate. Never got a response.
