Very pleased. Professional and did a great job.

Our home had asbestos siding and several shingles blew off during Hurricane Irene. After meeting and getting prices with several companies we chose G Fedale. Everyone at the company treated me and my family great. they were awesome with my son (3 at the time) and our animals (2 cats & a dog). They didn't even mind dealing with my type "A", "OCD" personality (which is a job in itself). While re-siding our home we had them bring it back to the studs so that we could replace the insulation and plywood, which they did gladly and didn't charge that much more for the additional work. They had the same mind set as we did, if your gonna do it, you might as well do it right. They also rebuilt our back door framed and replaced the door. When the job was finished I created a punch list and they addressed every item right away. About 6 or so months after the job had been completed we had a real bad wind storm blow thru and a piece of siding came off or dislodged. I called the office aand they had someone out within 24 hours. I can't say enough about the guys we had working here. They looked out for us while they worked to make sure everyone was safe, they were kind, considerate, courteous. Several times I even offered too cook for them they were so great. I would highly recommend them and have many pictures of before and after.

The guy came out and that service was good. He finished the whole thing in about 45 minutes. He followed up. He made sure when he came into the house he was wearing the proper clothes and he cleaned up after he left as well.

I bought this coupon on June 2nd for gutter cleaning services since it was a decent price. I called this contractor and they scheduled me for an appointment on June 17th. The guy shows up a half hour late then hands me a card and tells me he can't do the job because he needs a 40 ft ladder and two guys to do it. He tells me I will be contacted by the office to schedule another appt. Two or three days go by and there's no call. So I call them and tell them what happened they tell me they'll call me back when there's availability so again I wait for the call and it never came. So I called them and asked for a refund as it has been 4 weeks now and the service hasn't been done.

Estimator was knowledgable and prepared work order for the work we needed, as the crew got into the work, we discovered a litany of issues, including code violations, in the roofing installed. The crew worked to complete the job but estimator came out within 15 minutes to inspect, provide options for repairs and estimates. Original job completed satisfactorily and we'll be looking at G. Fedale again when we look to repair the poor work done in the past. The only knock I have is communication with the office. When it came time to schedule it took several weeks and they wanted to give me a date range instead of an actual date of service, which didn't work for us as we needed to be here for access to the affected areas.

The key reason I choose this contractor was that the regular person I use to clean my gutters was not available to clean my gutters until the June 19 and G Fedale was willing to do the work on June 10. A few days before July 10, A rep from the contractor called me to postpone the work to June 17. On July 17, their rep came promptly to my place at 1:00 but informed me that my coupon will not include cleaning any debris on my roof. I have never had a contractor who cleaned my gutters not clean my roof. If a contractor's gutter cleaning does not include cleaning the roof, what is the point in cleaning the gutters? The gutters will get clogged again in a day or two. So, I asked the contractor not to perform the service and he agreed that I should just ask Angie's list for a refund.

I was not pleased with G Fedale. Things didn't go well. The workmanship, the communication and the amount of rework that had to be done before the roof was finalized. Their salesman was good and effective. He sold us a nice product but then the actual work and construction was not good. They did try to regroup but the work was not done well.

The contractor arrived on time, was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. I did not use the service due to the additional cost.

Went very well. The service was done on time and in a professional manner. As a matter of fact, I missed the first appointment but there weren't any consequences. Fedale was very considerate of my error.

He was very pleasant and nice. He was very informative. It just wasn’t what I was looking for.

It went really well. There were no incidents with the cleaning and the price was reasonable. I wasn't home when they did the work, but the quality seems good. Even though we had to reschedule the appointment, they were right on time when they were supposed to come out. I'd consider using them again.

He showed up on time, was friendly, polite, quick and efficient. He did a great job. Gave very good advice for all my questions. Definitely will use him next year. Awesome!!!

Amanda from G.A. Fedale was pro-active from the beginning in scheduling my appointment; however because of my travel schedule, it took more than a month for us to find a mutually open day and time. The technician arrived early for the appointment, answered my questions about the service, climbed up and took photos of every area of gutter and roof., He outlined the problems, gave me alternatives for repair and was very proactive. The estimate to clean the gutters and downspouts, install gutter guards around the house, and replace the gutters in the rear of the house that were pulling away from the house was just over $1,000. I authorized the repair and the work was done while I was out of town. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and have contacted G.A. Fedale to do another repair on siding.

Nathan was great! He did good work at a great pace and really provided value for the Angie's List deal we purchased. He took photos of the work that he did (we don't ever get a look at our roof!) and explained in detail what potential issues he saw. I appreciated the "soft sell" approach he took. The only issue we've ever had with Angie's List Deals is the sometimes aggressive nature of the service people who come to do the discounted job with the intent to sell another one. Nathan was professional and great to talk to. We will be using his services again for a larger roof repair project in the next few weeks. I would highly recommend this company.

They were pretty good. I am going to contact them again to do more work for me. I was happy with them and that is why I called them again. They got the job done in about an hour. The scheduling was pretty easy and I didn’t have any problems.

Joe inspected my gutters along with my roof and took pictures to show me what he saw, very helpful. The gutter work is covered under my deal.

Absolutely wonderful company to deal with.

Excellent! Nathan is very professional and went out of his way to answer any questions or concerns I had. I also asked him for an estimate to fix a leak that developed from all the ice and snow this year. I also asked him about the gutter on the garage and he could see where the flashing was coming away from the roof which was part of the problem. The gutter was clogged at the drain which caused rain water to go over the gutter. Nathan gave me an estimate with multiple ways and prices to fix both roofs, house and garage.

We had our back addition insulated on the bottom. We had the estimate in mid-Feb and they came out the first week of March. We had an appointment for two weeks later but they had an opening so they squeezed us in earlier. They were in and out and although it's getting warmer out things seems a little warmer in the back room. They were very responsive via email (my preferred method of contact.) Thanks!

Completely as described, timely and efficiently

It didn't go well, as the provider cancelled the arranged appointment and did not follow up to reschedule.

The contractor was very courteous and arrived in a timely manner. However, his cost for the project, adding insulation to my attic including the garage to an R value of R-38 was outrageous. The proposal was $11,660. I'm having the same form of insulation installed to achieve the same R value for $3300. I wasted $99 but, I'll be saving $8360!

The proposal, responsiveness and professionalism of the company was very good.

The whole experience went well. They scheduled a visit to view area I wanted covered and were prompt. They did not try to oversell what I had purchased ($99 for $400 of insulation). They recommended some foam sealant to keep insulation from falling into a room below ($30), to which I agreed. Although they are based in DE, they have people local to your community (mine was in Bucks County, PA) to do the work. We scheduled the actual work to be done and it was done as scheduled with little disruption to my home.
