Description of Work: The estimator was out in a few days after I called. Went over the job, took pictures of high gutters that needed a little work. I asked HIM about leaf guards, he was not the one who brought it up. They installed and guaranteed them, gave me an estimate that sounded good (deducted the $99 U had paid). He said office would be in touch about date. Three weeks later, I called the office and they never heard of me. Very apologetic. Transferred to scheduling guy who gave me a date in about a week. Crew showed up (punctual) with the wrong materials, even though the estimator made a note that I did not have K gutters. Went through rescheduling AGAIN. Finally a crew showed up with the right materials. They were punctual and worked quickly. And left without saying a word so I supposed the job was done although it would have been nice if I at least was shown a picture since I was not about to climb 25 feet to look. So the work got done and at least it's guaranteed, so I'm fine with it, but I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry since it took about 2 months. So the work is probably good but the customer service made me wonder if anyone in this company talks to each other.

Description of Work: Never got it done! Out $99! I did not call to make an appointment! Asked for refund, but did not pursue it!

Description of Work: I was told they would come between 12-2. When I called, they said they were coming from Delaware and farther than they thought. Anyway they did come a 1:40 and left after a half-hour's work. They were very polite and very thorough. They cleared out trees and took all the debris from 180' of gutters with them. Very professional and neat job in short time.

Description of Work: Yes they did a good job. They were efficient and friendly.Put in all new gutters and rain spout,replaced fascia boards and cleaned up all old debris.

Description of Work: Gutter replacement across the front of our house was done. We also requested gutter guards and a new down spout in addition to the original Angie's List deal. They were very professional and we are pleased with the new gutter system.

Description of Work: Very professional crew. Price a not the lowest but certainly had a great comfort with the final product. Used the company again for roofing repairs after the insulation work.

Description of Work: I don't know what I paid for. Maybe for him to inspect. No service provided. He looked at it then said he will charge me 3500.00 for a service. I would have preferred not to have paid the 99.00 because I dont know what i got.

Description of Work: I contacted GFedale for a gutter cleaning special. The associate called to tell me he would be 10 min late and arrived as stated. He looked at my gutters and felt I really needed new guards, so rather than spending time cleaning them now he applied the $99 paid to the new gutter guards (which will include cleaning anyway). He was not pushy, he had a sample of the guard (which is way better than what we have!). The company called me within 3 business days to schedule the installation. I also have them scheduled to fix a couple minor roof and siding issues. |So far, so good! I'll post another review when the future work is completed.
