Although rain delayed the instalation for 2-3 weeks our roof was installed on the second dry day after the inclement weather stopped. Overall a very good job and a professional appearing result. There were some small problems. The dumpster, that held the trash from our roof, took about a week to remove and the quality control inspection, that we were told would happen the day of installation, took a week also. The final repairs were done quickly, however, and no payment was requested until all work was complete. A very nice company to do business with in all respects.

They came out when they said they were going to the first time around. Later on, the responsiveness wasn't as good. They didn't fix all of the leak on my roof. They would have to come back out to fix it again.

They are easy to contact over the phone, and office staff are helpful and informed. On-site, their personnel were professional, punctual, friendly, and gave clear information and explanations about options to try and cure the leak. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. There was a miscommunication about the location of the leak, and they responded swiftly to correct the matter.

They had a no pressure sales service and discussed the project in detail with a knowledgable representative.

Great. Roofer showed up when they said. Performed the check, did a minor repair. I mistakenly paid for the repair, but it was refunded by the company promptly and without my asking. I would recommend and use them again.

After waiting for a month for another roofer to show up, I contacted Fedale as they had provided me with a quote that was more than the other guys. I was able to negotiate an acceptable price.They showed up as scheduled. As with any roofing job, additional issues get uncovered so, it took a little longer than originally planned. We still have a few items to complete, but, I'm waiting for other work to be done so they can come back and finish up. Overall, the guys were great, showed up on time every day. The only negative is that I have had to call a few times to get them to come pick up the trash. Other than that, I'm all dry!

.We had 3 estimates and went with G. Fedale, not only because of price, but because of quality of the materials and the service they would be providing. A written estimate and warranty info was given at the appointment. After letting Fedale know we were selecting them for our service we were sent a contract. Once they received the contract they called to let us know when they would begin the project and the length of time it would take to complete. The workers showed up on a Tuesday morning at 7:30 and worked till 6:30 p.m. They wrapped Tyvek around the house (which the house did not have when it was built) and Certainteed siding. They tidied up when the day was over and returned the next day at 8:00 a.m. and were finished by 2:00 p.m. They returned the furniture on my deck back to where they found it and cleaned up. I was impressed by the hard work and tidiness of the workers. This was followed up with a phone call to see if I was happy with the work and to let me know when the gutters would be replaced. After the project was completed, a scheduled appointment was made for their supervisor to come and inspect the job. We did not have to pay until the project was done and completely satisfied, which we were. We were always kept informed by the company. We would recommend them highly and use this company again in the future.

Shortly after signing up for the coupon, a company rep came to look at the gutters and make an appointment for repair. The person who came explained what he was going to do, and upon completion he showed me as much as I could see without getting up on a ladder. I was very satisfied with the service and would certainly use Fedale again if necessary.

I felt that the price was average for the job that they performed. They had to come back a lot of times for follow ups and clean ups. They were responsive, but it was just that the job didn’t happen correctly. Some of the contractors were good and some of them were not so good. They used different crews for different things. The quality of the workmanship was average. I probably would not use them again in the future.

From start to finish, the experience with G. Fedale was great. They diagnosed all the issues with our old roof that had been installed by an inferior roofing outfit in the same town. From the individuals who answered the phones at their office, to the crew on the job, and the foreman that ran the job, everyone was professional and extremely respectful. They understood the issues we had with the previous roofing company, and were able to correct it. In addition, they found several areas where the previous roofer had cut corners, which had caused extensive damage to the interior of our home. We extremely satisfied with the way the roof came out, that we then hired them to replace 4 basement windows, a bathroom window, and a bedroom window. They do professional, clean work and are extremely responsive to phone calls and emails. I would not hesitate to recommend G. Fedale for any roofing or window needs.

I initally called Fedale's to take advantage of the special offer from Angie's List to clean and examine gutters and roof - $199. What I really needed was to have the facings cleaned of accumulated dirt and debris. The representative from Fedale told me this would cost another $100 as it was more labor intersive than the offer provided. I also received an estimate of a repair to flashing on chimney, replacing the rings on exhaust pipes and to clean the roof of algie and moss. I had another company give me a quote for the other jobs, and the quotes were significantly lower so I did not engage Fedale's to complete them. The work that they did in cleaning the gutter facings was satisfactory.

We purchased a new home in August of 2010. As soon as the deal was closed, our insurance company informed us that the roof would need replacement or we would lose our policy. G. Fedale was the third contractor we contacted, after Home Depot and PJ Fitzpatrick. They were honest and straightforward about the damage to the roof and overall fees. The roof had three layers of shingles which needed to be removed, and most of the plywood required replacement as well. G. Fedale fixed the entire roof for the same price both Home Depot and PJ Fitzpatrick wanted for half the work. Worked showed up on time and the project was complete within the time specified

When I called to get an appointment, the experience was great. When they got here, the technicans were very courteous and professional, answering all of my questions. I was supposed to receive a written estimate for the gutter repair via email, and I haven't received anything. I've called them a few times and I haven't received a call back. I paid for this estimate, so I haven't gotten my money's worth.

Overall, they were knowledgeable and professional; did a great job. John C did the repairs and knew exactly what to do and accomplished it without delay. I would definitely use G.Fedale again.

First they were a no show then they just framed the deck not to code, had to tier down and have done again by someone else. when I called them they said they would have to charge me again, when they should have done it right the first time.
