+ -1 moreI had an issue on a Sunday evening in the winter with the electric in my house that was causing my heat as well as some of my appliances and lights not to work. The electrician was at my house in 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem, provided me with a temporary solution to get the heat back on that night, and contacted the power company to come out and fix the problem with a permanent solution. Fantastic experience!
