Well, it's been about a month now and the tree has died. My husband called and was told they do not guarantee anything. So we are pretty much out of luck...$130.00 down the tubes. I sent an email to the company hoping my husband may have misunderstood. I received a call from Jay. Nope...no misunderstanding. No guarantees. No returns. No exchanges. and quot;That's my policyand quot; we were told. Bad business!! I will never buy anything from there again. It's pretty much shop at your own risk. With those prices, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Sam was great with taking what types of trees and shrubs we wanted and turning it into a plan. We are not from the area and he also provided a lot of information on the care of some unfamiliar plants. The trees and shrubs were delivered on the correct day, at the given time, and when it was discovered that one tree had been damaged in transport, they returned a couple of hours later with a replacement. Pricing was very good, and the quality and selection of plantings (even in late November) were excellent. I can't wait to see what they have to choose from in the spring!
