+ -1 moreNo work was ever done. The earliest appointment they could set up was two weeks out. Though I had hoped for sooner, I went with it. They told me the window of time would be Noon-2pm. Just 15 minutes prior to that scheduled window, I was called and told they would not be showing up. Apparently a "staffing problem". I took the time off from work to be home, and wasn't given notice of cancellation until 15 minutes prior!? Totally ridiculous. Not even an apology for the person calling, simply an offer to reschedule. No thanks. Clearly poor management. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Description of Work: I had scheduled a HVAC tune up, with the possibility of some repair work being done as well.
