They were fantastic. I received a phone call and they agreed to come out for a free evaluation and diagnostic. They were very nice and helpful. It wasn't even our unit! It was just some wiring! They could have told me my whole unit was blown and I never would have known. Absolutely fantastic!

We had central air and heat installed all new. Rick Scott was very very helpful answering all our questions and there were a lot of them! He worked with us with our crazy work schedule to install. Really happy with the service. Rocky was also a hard worker !!. A lot more affordable then the competition. Would do business again for the next project.

We had four estimates completed for heating/AC installation and were most impressed by Rick Scott from JEM. In all of the other estimates we got the typical "sales guy" or closer who would not be doing the actual install. Rick made recommendations that made sense and were affordable. He and his assistant did the installation the next day after giving him the OK. They did a fantastic job and had the new AC / heating system and new water heater installed in less than 8 hrs. I highly recommend JEM Comfort Care for their professional know how and friendly service. Great to do business with !!!

This company didn't even charge me to come out to check out my system. I have not had this type of service before. The Tech was so great. He wrote me a proposal. Since this a/c unit is only 4 yrs old, it's still under warranty. He suggested that I contact the company that installed it and have them take care of the repairs. After this company honor the warranty, any a/c work that I might need would be done by JEM Comfort Care, LLC.
