Joe A. was very helpful - came to the house twice, explained the options in great detail. Once materials were in and work scheduled, the crew did a great job installing a new tub/shower combination. I especially like that the walls of the tub go all the way to ceiling - no tile line and wall plaster. Completed work looks great

Everything about remodeling my shower was perfect. The estimate was competitive without any high pressure salesmanship. The wait time estimate was completely accurate. Removing and replacing the shower was completed in a day and a half. The installers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. The finished shower is gorgeous ! This is an A-1 company.

Fantastic company! Master craftsman committed to customer satisfaction. Honest and accurate information was provided at the initial consultation and the work was superb. They did a very good job. They were on time every day, gave me a day they would be done and was done when they said. Mike and the other fellows were very respectable, very polite, clean up the mess I would refer them to any one who needs there bathroom remodel. Very well done thank you first state bath.

These guys are DYN-O-MITE, from the beginning consultation to the finished project. They removed a bathtub/shower and put in a shower-only. Co-owner Joe Augustine did the consultation, told me what it would cost, and what I really appreciated...he DID NOT try to hard-sell me...didn't try to get me to sign on the dotted line "Right Now". That gave me time to consider getting a loan, checking interest rates, and finally deciding to pay cash. That gave me time to feel confident in my decision as to how to pay. The 2-man crew was great. They were on time, very personable and cleaned up when they finished. It looks beautiful. I'm so glad I had it done and chose First State Bath

Very professional! Small company and as a result we had to wait a several weeks before the install, but it was well worth the wait. High quality work and attention to detail. From the consultation to the install, everyone was on time and great to deal with. I would use them again, if we ever need bath work done again.

First State Bath totally remodeled our master bathroom from a tiny, cramped, outdated space to a beautiful and functional bathroom! We went with an acrylic shower (no tub) with sliding glass doors to maximize space, and it feels both space efficient and luxurious. They spent the time with us to go over all of our options for what would best for us in terms of space, needs, and aesthetic. The end result is perfect, and I will call them again when we remodel our guest bathroom!

First State Bath is a pro! The estimator came within one week of contact and the project was completed in four weeks. The quality of work, the professional personnel and the time needed to complete the remodel was excellent. The work completed was removal of a garden tub and small shower and the installation of a 5 foot shower. Excellent work!

They came out to our house to provide us with an estimate of our shower remodel. The representative, Joe(?), came prepared with samples to show us and an iPad with a program that allowed us to see what our shower would look like with the choices we had made. He answered any questions we had and provided us with a detailed estimate of the service that would be provided. The estimate came in one-third lower than a similar estimate from a major big box home improvement retailer. Joe(?) also offered a discount for signing that day, which we gladly accepted. He assured us that the price that was quoted was the final price regardless of what might/could be found upon demolition. No date for remodel would set until they ordered the pieces, which could take several weeks. He told us that we might not hear anything until mid-January because of the holidays (the estimate was done in early December). In late December, I received a call from First State Bath looking to set up an appointment to do the remodel (just as I was starting to wonder when we were going to get the call). The first appointment date didn't work for us, so they asked if December 31 was ok, and that worked for me as I knew I'd be home all day. On December 31, Tim - one of the two workers, arrived just before his scheduled time of 8:00 am. As soon as he arrived, he got right to work with the demolition, but after he explained all that he was going to do. A couple of hours later, a second worker arrived, also named Tim, to help finish the job (we were told ahead of time that two people would be on-site for the job). While the job was being completed, Tim and Tim were complete professionals, punctual, and took care of our home so as not to leave a mess. They did this by putting down drop cloths wherever they'd travel in the house and vacuuming up things that might have fallen outside of the drop cloths. The job was completed much quicker than expected as there were no surprises along the way. When the Tims were ready to leave around 1:30 pm, they provided me with instructions on how to care for our new shower, how much time to wait to use it again, and made sure that I was happy with the job (and I was!). The second/last payment was also done at that time. We paid 40% up front and the rest at the completion of service. We had one minor issue with something the next day, so I called First State Bath to rectify it as they guarantee their work and anything that they touch. Immediately they made an appointment that was convenient for me and came out to fix the problem at no additional charge. The fix took less than an hour and was also done professionally and without a hassle. I've been using the shower for about five weeks now a
