Wes called in response to my Angie’s List inquiry and provided assistance to my husband over the phone for an after-hours problem we encountered and was very helpful and supportive. When it became clear we needed professional help, Wes arranged for another plumber to come fix our problem immediately (he himself was not able). Very grateful for his assistance.

The gentleman was very informative,caring and compassionate about my situation. He advised me what the problem was and what was wrong and how much it would cost, also he told me how much he would charge and how much the part would cost so we could do it ourselves to save money. In addition he had a quick response time from the time I put in my inquiry on Angie's list and I will definitely use his services and refer him to others. Wes was GREAT! and a genuine person he was truly a blessing!

DO NOT CALL HIM!!!! At first he seems to be awesome then he doesn't return calls, or schedules a day then doesn't show up. The only saving grace was he did not get any money. After about a month of chasing this guy I started calling someone else then woke up to no water. Come to find out the company I called had about 6 other customers who originally called this joker in the last week. I was one of the lucky ones who did not give him any money. We offered but he said to wait until the job was done. THEN we found out that he was going to drill the well in an area it COULD NOT BE!!! DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!!!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HIM!

First, the provider came and dug a hole. He then left and didn't come back for another two days. When came back, he said that he couldn't find clean enough water without digging a new hole. He suggested that we just get a water filter so that we would have clean water that didn't smell like sulfur. He finally installed the filter a week later and installed the pump within the same day. He told me that the water might smell for a couple of days, but it should go away. I waited a full week before I called him again. He gave me the run around after he was paid. He then stopped answering his phone calls and stop returning them as well. The best thing about Wes was that he was extremely friendly. However, extremely friendly does not clean the water. He is very unprofessional with keeping his appointments and returning phone calls. We asked that he just remove his product and give us a refund. We have yet to receive our funds back and he has yet to come and uninstall his merchandise.
