Called to get an estimate. The man who answered the phone asked me if I knew how much trouble it was to do a job in the community where I live. He informed me I had to get county permits, and a permit and approval from the Association. Then he hung up on me.

They kept me informed of their expected timeline for installation. They met that timeline, installed it without delay, and it looks great: straight and level. Very professional. The guys listened to my concerns and expectations, and did exactly what we agreed upon. I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company.

Bill Ruppert and his crew are top-notch. This is the second time I have used this company in 7 years. The first time they installed ~220 feet of a 4 foot tall, white vinyl fence. We enjoyed the experience and fence so much we immediately called Bill again 7 years later when we needed our new Vanguard fence for our new home. They are extremely professional, highly trained/skilled, and punctual. Bill is a pleasure to deal with. He is honest, very fair with pricing, and delivers the highest quality product. There really isn't anyone else in the area I would consider. I highly recommend.

Could not be happier with the fence that Bill and his team installed! We live about an hour away, Bill made everything super convenient, came to our house to fit my crazy work schedule. Provided valuable suggestions and advice. Quoted price was better than 4 other quotes, work was scheduled in timely fashion and was finished sooner than expected. Staff was extremely polite and courteous. Left yard as if no one was ever there. Outstanding job, quality work, excellent communication and fantastic craftsmanship. I have to call Mr. Ruppert on Monday to eleven am becuase I still haven't heard from him. He says they are loading up the tractor. Once they began on Monday, it took till Wednesday to completel the job. Mr. Ruppert said would on take oneday.

Top-flight work, reliable, reasonably priced and, most importantly: trustworthy. Ruppert is NOT one of the good 'ole lower-slower contractors that plague southern DE -- they show up as promised and get the work done.

Bill and his team did an excellent job. The fence and deck were installed per my requirements and the quality was excellent. I felt the price was competitive and end products really looks good. I would recommend this company!

Bill was a pleasure to work with and his crew was great. His price was competive. He installed when he said he would and addressed all my concerns. We later needed some fence removed temporarily and he did that too for what we thought was a reasonable charge. Nothing negative to say.

Very well. He came quickly to give us an estimate, and arrived to do the fencing about three weeks later. He did all the contacting utilities. The installation was fast and efficient. Could have been done in a day, but rain interfered, but was done by next day. We had considered doing this ourselves. I think we could have, but it would not have resulted in the professional job that we got. It was well worth the money.

The owner came over and and showed us the differnt types of fences and then gave us an estimate. They started putting the fence in, on Dec. 14 and finished on Dec. 15. The total footage was 138 feet, including 2 gates. The fence looks great. I will diffenently recommend them to all my friends.

Great. We had trouble getting anyone here in Lower Slower Delaware to come for an estimate or if the came they never finished even an estimate. They came 20 minutes after I called and gave a written estimate in 10 minutes. They had to order the materials. That took longer than he thought but as soon as it came in they installed. They even finished the work as a Sunday morning. They asked us first if we minded the work on Sunday. I needed the fence for a child and two retired racing greyhounds. We could not be happier.
