Great! After going round and round with a big box store, we decided we’d had enough and called Matt. Told him what we were looking for and he came out with samples. In less than an hour we had selected a carpet and three weeks later we had beautiful new carpet that we expect to last us for many years. Knowledgeable, helpful, expert installation and clean - all for a fair price. Highly recommend!

No need to get more bids or quotes. Matt the Carpet Guy and his crew are the best! Our job included removing carpet, laminate and ceramic tile and installing CORETec Plus luxury vinyl plank on the entire first floor of our home. Matt was not kidding when he explained that the tile demo would be a very dusty project, but the crew took great care to minimize the mess. As we were not present during the demo and installation, Matt updated us daily on their progress with photos and what they would be doing the next day. We must say, it has been quite some time since we've met a contractor that takes such pride in what they do and provided such an exemplary level of customer service. We absolutely LOVE our floors and would recommend Matt the Carpet Guy and his talented crew to everyone!

Matt was extremely responsive, easy to work with, flexible and provided good advice. We had three quotes for flooring and he was the best value. Matt arrived the very next day after we called for an estimate; brought carpet samples; made suggestions and gave us suggestions when asked. When I spoke to Matt on 12/29/15 he advised me he had another job in Lewes and would be at my home in Rehoboth Beach between 8:45 a.m and 9:30 a.m., he showed up at 8:49 a.m., that is what I call PROMPT. Matt was very professional. After saying good morning and introducing himself he asked if he should remove his shoes. (I wish other workmen would ask that ? before walking on our carpet with dirty work boots on. THANK YOU MATT. Matt did a GREAT job in repairing our carpet and also offered to vacuum the floor where he did the work. Matt was very professional and reasonable in cost. I would definitely use Matt again for any repair and also if I needed to get New carpet installed. Matt advised us if there is any problem he stands by his work and all we have to do is call him. Matt was very responsive to all initial emails and calls. He was able to accommodate my schedule, and he was punctual and professional in his work. The patch looks great, and we are very pleased. We are especially pleased that we were able to go this route instead of putting new carpet in the room, and we will be calling Matt for any future carpet-related needs.

Matt arrived promptly when scheduled for the estimate. Gave us great service. He removed the old carpet and replaced all carpeting in the 2 story house. He arrived as scheduled. He replaced all furniture where it was, and cleaned up everything. We didn't have to clean or vaccuum. It looks fabulous. We couldn't be happier with the service and outcome. Our carpet was loose in several areas in our family room. We did not need new carpet and decided to have the carpet re-stretched until a later date. I found Matt the Carpet Guy on Angie's List and decided to call him immediately last Monday morning. Matt was very well spoken and easy to speak with during our conversation. I gave him the measurements of the room and he gave me an estimate over the phone. We agreed on the terms and he said it could be done by Friday morning. On Friday, Kevin and Nate came to re-stretch the carpet. These two guys where very knowledgeable at their job. They moved some heavy items that we could not and proceeded to do the stretching. What a wonder job Kevin and Nate did. After the carpet was stretched they vacuumed the area and put our furniture back. We highly recommend these guys and will call them again when we are ready for new carpet. Thanks Kevin and Nate for a job well done and thanks Matt for sending the best guys to do the job. My carpet was loose and bunching in areas, I didn't think we needed new carpet and went looking for carpet repair. I found Matt on Angie's List. Contacted him through the web site. Details were sent and he gave an estimated cost $300-500. He showed up with an assistant, was on time and did a great job while being quite personable. Thank you Matt.
