the process of ordering the cabinets was started . I called for 4 months at least once a day, one the rare occassion that he answered either his cell or office phone he was very pleasant and assured me he would get right on it. He never did. I had to wait outside his office and wait for him. He finished the order in less than 10 minutes . I spend at least 20 hours attemping to contact him and countless number of conversations. I sent in half the money to the cabinet company and thought the ordeal was finally over. After an 8 week wait I began calling to ask when my cabinets would arrive. I called 5 times a day for three weeks,left messages and never got a call back. I then called the cabinet company. They said they have been trying to get ahold of m-n-k for three weeks calls and emails went unanswered. he never signed off on the order so the were not on the production schedule. Another 3 weeks of calling asking him to sign his name . No return call. The cabinet company finnally let me deal direct but I had to wait 7 more weeks for my cabinets.
