+ -1 moreI really liked that Mike, the inspector, had built homes in a prior career. Therefore I could tell he actually knew what was completed correctly or incorrectly on my home. I was disappointed because he turned off my HVAC unit and also turned off my electrical range. This made me suspect some things. He wasn't as thorough as I thought he would be.
Description of Work: Pre-drywall inspection on newly built home.
