We were very satisfied with the work--at first. Then the wind blew. We lost a shingle from a NW-facing gable. We called WRP; the missing shingle was replaced. But then in 2009 another shingle blew away. Called WRP, repair was promised but never happened. I climbed up and fixed it myself. In 2010, deja vu all over again, only this time WRP never returned my calls. I climbed up and fixed it myself, again. The winds of early February 2011 shuffled the shingles on that gable like a blackjack dealer. Lost several shingles. Called WRP--amazing! he answered! Promised the roof would be fixed pronto. That didn't happen. Called WRP again, left message, no response. And again. Finally I had to call in another contractor to do the repair that WRP G. C. should have done; cost me $100. I learned that the shingles WRP used on that gable were defective (inadequate seal-down) and the nailing on some was inadequate
Description of Work: WRP G. C. replaced roof on our home in Millsboro. WRP repaired a wind-torn shingle shortly after the roof was installed ... but only that time.
