Exceptional Service! Responded to our "emergency" situation on the Memorial Day holiday and within 2 hours of our call. Joe, their service technician, was most professional, nice and clearly explained then showed us the issue with our system. He was able to get us back in operation within minutes. Also, their website posted on Home Advisor is wrong. It should be: mcmullenseptic.net

They were a pleasure to work with. An employee had a loss in the family and all of the members of McMullen's team worked together to ensure fast service. They look out for their clients and worked very quickly so that the sale of my house could go through.

McMullen Septic Service provided outstanding service in a timely manner. I was able to get my septic tank pumped the same day I called to make an appointment, and my toilets flush much better now too Lol! Also, Home Advisor was extremely helpful too and let me know I could call them to get referrals for other home projects I may need. Overall, I would highly recommend McMullen Septic Service & Home Advisor to all my friends and family members :-)

If you're considering any other company for this service - don't. From the time I checked them out online, to the time they were on site and working was about three hours. The technician was very helpful, answered all my questions and even made some constructive suggestions. I asked for extra business cards so I could hand them out to my neighbors. Absolutely first class service from the office to the field. I couldn't be more pleased.

Arrived on time. Very polite and informative about my system. I asked multiple questions and the tech was awesome at answering every one of them.

Don't waste your time with others. I called McMullen and had to leave a message. So I called another company and cancelled McMullen. They were going to come out the same day. Well they didn't. Ate crow and called McMullen again. No hard feelings from them and they were out the same day. So if you have to leave a msg with McMullen, do so and don't waste your time with others. Many thanks!
