Great work still working great 3 years later.

Arrived when he said he would be here, Was able to replace the valve without removing the panel or disturbing the drywall. I was happy. End of story!

He is fair, he comes as fast as he can and everything. He fixed it and said if it was to go bad again and he had to come again to put a new thermostat, he would not charge me the service charge again. It was big job, he had to drain the water heater and everything but it was making horrible noise and it was something to do with the coil on the bottom being old. I would use him again in a heart beat.

Have used Kevin before. Left msg with his wife and subsequently made appointment. Wife usually calls when Kevin is on way. A quick, pleasant, and professional worker.

Kevin F. Beard Plumbing Service did a good job. It did not take him long to do it. Then he showed it to me. He came when he said he would be here. He is reliable and does a good job.

I chose Mr. Beard from Angie's List primarily because of his proximity to Laurel. I left a message and his wife responded. An appointment was established but she later told me he was ill and the appointment was rescheduled. Mr. Beard did arrive on time but found he needed to obtain a different size replacement shower knob. He left and returned quickly from his office. The work was then completed efficiently.

He responded quickly and worked with us. He kept the price down. He was fine. He is a small businessman and we would use him again.
