+ -1 moreMade numerous attemps calling all #s, 6/30 left message on primary # on 6/28/2021. As of 7/1/2021 there was no reply. Placed another call on7/1/2021 and messages on all numbers state all mailboxes are full. Noticed all reviews posted were some time ago.

+ -1 moreMy nine year old clothes dryer began making a loud squealing noise. I called a number of repair shops , but found them to be unable to help for a variety of reasons. Kelly appliance repair, however, was prompt and efficient, and repaired the problem as fast as I could have hoped. Also, Joe, the company technician, was courteous and informative. I can't imagine calling anyone else for any future repairs needed on my appliances.

Description of Work: I used Kelly Appliance several times a few years ago. I will describe, as best as I can, my experience. One of the times I used them was when my oven |stopped working. I called, had to wait for a return call as they were very busy. I believe the owner came for the repair. I was pleasantly surprised at his knowledge and honesty. He told me that the repair would be costly and I was better off with a new stove. He charged me a service fee. I was impressed and would use them again.

+ -1 moreI probablydid not need to buy stainless steel hoses: I expect they will outlast the washing machine and me for that matter. Makes me feel like a fool. Oh well, all else went well.
Description of Work: Water would not drain from the machine. Replaced lid activated switch and water supply hoses on washing machine. The washer and the hoses were 21 years old.

+ -1 moreWas able to come out on short notice. It was an emergency because we had lots of food in the freezer. He promptly assessed the problem and gave us a more than fair estimate. He even had the part right on the truck and completed the job in less than an hour. We were very pleased. Would definitely use Kelly Appliance Service in Seaford, DE again.
Description of Work: Replaced the defrost heater on refrigerator.

Description of Work: We had our GE Microwave/Convection oven repaired by Kelly's Appliance. The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem which was a bad fan thermostat within a half hour. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

+ -1 moreFrom our search on Angies List to the initial contact, call back to our message and scheduled appointment it was about one week. (The work/repair had to be set up in accordance with our schedule and the Company was very accomodating even up to the point of calling our contact number when the Repair Technician was on his way.) We were very satified with the service provided and will definitely call them again should the need arise in the future. Kelly Appliance Service is highly recommended by us.)
Description of Work: Kelly Appliance Service reviewed the problem with us, explained he was a certified GE Repairman and further stated the problem we were experiencing had occurred several times with other Refrigerator/Freezers around the same age. He told us the "motherboard" was generally the issue and that he would check to see if he had that particular part/model on his truck. Mr. Kelly was very courteous and further told us that in the past GE was also encouraging them to replace the motor as well. He found this was not necessary and would significantly decrease the cost for our repair. He was in the house making the repair about 30 minutes or less.
