Dover Pools

We got ripped off. Line failed in 14 months and we have to replace it. Dover Pools recommended All Pools LLC so they are also to blame.

When confronted with the leaking liner two reps from this store advised me that unless the leak was in a seam, then the waranty was no good and they could do absolutely nothing except sell me a patch (I would have needed 20 of them at least) or a new liner at about $500.00 for the liner and another $800 or so to install it. THIS IS WHY I PAID $8000 instead of $3-4000 elsewhere for the same product....WARRANTY AND SERVICE! HA! They then proceeded to tell me they could send someone out to replace the liner at a nominal fee of approx. $1400. NO DISCOUNT...NO THANK YOU! I went online and bought the IDENTICAL liner with the same warranty for $289.00 / shipping included and four of us replaced the liner in less than three hours! Buy a cheaper pool from a better company and get better service! The management and their warranties suck! No compassion, no blame, no responsibility, just pay us more to correct a mess we created! And yes.... I tried to explain that I was never told at anytime during the transaction that I should purchase or put a pad under the steps. I was told...sorry....suck it up and buy another liner at your cost! Very poor business! I might also add that I went there to buy chemicals and parts for my pool cleaner. Their prices were literally double the price of the same product 1/4 mile down the road at Clark's Pools. I highly recommend Clark's or online shopping over Dover Pools of Seaford or Dover. Always read the fine print. Their warranties are worthless!!!!!
