I was very happy with my carpert cleaning. This is a second home and the carpert has never been cleaned proffesionly. Plus the carpet is about 11 years old. My carpet looks very fresh and clean. Alot of the stains on my steps are gone. Ryan was very proffessionl and curtis, even my lab took to him. I would use them again.

Carpet Daddy's showed up on time and date scheduled and did a magnificent job cleaning the carpets. Carpets dried quickly and looked great!! Awesome service and would use Carpet Daddy's again!

Service man (Dan) worked very hard and did not take any short cuts. Was receptive and made every effort to resolve or pay special attention to areas needing extra cleaning Highly recommend!! He even sealed the grout after cleaning the tile. This was great! Carpets and floor feel so clean and not sticky!

We called Carpet Daddy based on the recommendations from Angie's List. They were very professional in our phone conversation and gave us a quote over the phone. We weren't sure when were going to schedule, but they said that was fine and to call back when we were ready. We called them a few weeks in advance of when we were going to be at our condo in Ocean City, and they were on-time and ready to work. We left them to clean our carpet and steam clean the tile in our kitchen which had a lot of stains on it from a hot water heater leak from the unit above us, and the stains had never come out from cleaning we had done on our own. The carpets had spots in various places from renters we had in over the last year. He had us come back several hours later when he said it would be dry, and we were so impressed with what a nice job he had done. The carpets looked amazing, and the tile looked better than it had in years. We would definitely use this vendor again, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

Excellent work and professionalism is the best description of Carpet Daddy and Joe Gaito. I contacted them through the email link on Angie's List and within the hour Joe called follow up. He provided an estimate immediately, including discounts for Seniors and additional coupons for the dryer vent cleaning. We set up the date and time and to the minute he arrived and was ready to get to work. We walked the entire home and discussed the specific things that needed to be done including some ideas Joe added. His time estimate to complete the entire job was accurate and the work was top notch. He even cleaned a couple of additional runners in our hallway. Joe was very exacting and his work was excellent. We had a few stains from foot traffic that were completely gone by the time he finished the work. Everything was dry and ready for use within 2 hours after he completed the work. The duct cleaning was done with the same excellent attention to details. All that said and the excellent pricing that Carpet Daddy offers means i will be using Carpet Daddy for all of my carpet and floor work in the future.

The worker was very professional and wasted no time cleaning the carpets in our 2 condos. The price was very fair. We look forward to dealing with this company again in a few weeks when they refinish the hardwood floors in out house! Thanks guys!

The carpet unfortunately hadn't been cleaned in 3 years! I thought it was hopeless! They responded immedieatly to my call and scheduled visit for two days later. He was running early and called to see if he could come early and even showed up 10 min before rescheduled time. By the time he left the carpet was immaculate--wouldn't have believe it possible! I would certainly reccommend Carpet Daddy to anyone--wish they had an office in my home town!

We found Joe to be very professional, personable and thorough. He showed up on time and the job did take 2hrs as explained. We are now ready for the winter season when the house is all closed up, we are confident the ducts are dust and debris free. Do make sure all the vents are accessible for his equipment as he goes into each and every air duct and also the cold air returns. Great job....and even nicer person.

Carpet Daddy's is excellent. They show up on time and they do an excellent job. They don't saturate your carpet, so it doesn't take six months to dry.

He did a great job with his pricing and even gave us a discount. He explained what he was going to do and explained how his machinery worked. His service was excellent and I appreciated it. He was a nice and friendly man. He 's efficient and took his time and made sure it was all clean. He was here right on time when he was supposed to be. I would use him again for other services he provides.

I was happy with the services provided. Only issue was the pipe made marks on my drywall as it was drug through the house. I'm pretty anal so that's why I saw it.

On the first day, Joe and Chris arrived promptly and quickly removed the furniture prior to job start. The also replaced the furniture when the job was complete. They pulled up the carpet, pad, tack strips and staples and disposed of the materials. The hardwood floors had been covered for more than 25 years and the pad was STUCK to the surface. It was quite a mess, and I imagine .much worse than Joe had anticipated. The two men worked hard cleaning the floors, and ultimately we had to go with the full sand refinish. Three coats of polyurethane were applied. During the procedure, we did have a concern about a couple of areas on the floor. Joe concurred with us, and with absolutely no hassle, promptly addressed it. He advertises 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and he comes through on that promise. He is very customer oriented. We now have beautiful hardwood floors and we are very,very pleased. Thanks Joe.

We were very dissatisfied when they came out the first time. We don't know what exactly went wrong, whether the guy that was here or his equipment was not working properly, but the job was thoroughly unsatisfactory. We called them back and the customer service on getting back was good. The guy from the franchisee came right out and he redid the entire area that they had done previously at no charge. We couldn't have been unsatisfied the second time and in fact we would call them back again in the future to get our carpets cleaned. The first time was like a lost memory. They were prompt. They called ahead of time and lot of good things. The first guy was also the same. They said they were going to call at a certain time and they did call us and that was one thing that we were impressed and the second time it was the same. The guy, Joe called and apologized and he said that he would be here on a certain day and time and he was here 100%. It was not that he promised to see us at 11 and showed up at 2pm. He said 11 and he was here at five to 11. We were really impressed with the customer service and the quality of work the second time was beautiful. The carpets when they got down especially on high traffic areas, they were right back up looking brand new. The price was a little bit better. They were pretty fair. They were very professional.

Prompt scheduling by owner. Gave a time window to do job. Called to let me know they were on their way. Young man was very, very professional and had the answers to any questions that I had. Did not try to sell me any other products that they offered. No high pressure from this company. Will have them back and recommend them to friends.
