Carpet Daddy's

We have rough tile and wide wavy grout that had gotten dark and dingy. The tile and grout were scrubbed and came out bright and clean.

I wouldn't use that method of cleaning again. I didn't feel that the carpets were as clean as with steam cleaning

He was done in about 15 minutes and got a couple other spots I didn't know about and got everything out that I couldn't with my steam cleaner! He was extremely nice and very professional! I will definitely use them again!!!

Great. Joe was there early, did the work with the instructions over the phone and sent me before and after pictures. I will definitely call him again, labor, customer service and price were outstanding!

Took 2 1/2 days for carpet to dry completely. Missed cleaning walk-in closet. Several stains remained after cleaning.

I first spoke to Joe the previous week before the service. He have me a quote over the phone. I said I need the job completed by Tuesday because Wednesday the moving truck was set to arrive and I wanted to make sure the carpets were given ample time to dry. Joe informed me this was not a problem and we made a tentative appointment for Tuesday evening. I say tentative appointment because I had a few competing cleaners giving estimates throughout the weekend and the last one was set to arrive on Monday morning. After all of the offers had been received, Carpet Daddy's was the obvious choice due to the rating here on Angie's list and their price. Their price was on average 60% or more lower then their competitors. Keep in mind Joe gave me this price over the phone and the rest of the companies actually came to my home to give a estimate. In the spirit of fairness and to avoid potential issues later, I called Carpet Daddy's back to make sure they would honor their price, stressing we had a very large home (over 4500 Sq Feet) with most of it being carpet. i was told not to worry and they would honor their price. However, my experience with contractors told me to still expect a change when they got there. I was able to move my appointment up to Monday evening. I did not get to meet the tech myself but my wife did. He arrived on time and finished on schedule as well. She said he was very professional and well mannered. He preformed his duties quickly and without issue. All of the stains and spots where removed and the carpets looked fantastic. The tech did comment that it was a large home but never did any question arise of the estimate not being honored. I went back to the home on Tuesday morning to inspect the work and see if the carpets were dry. All of my expectations were exceeded as well as their claims of service. In summary: I did not have one negative aspect with my experience with carpet Daddy's. I will use them from now on to clean the home as well as recommend to them anyone who needs their services.

I called Carpet Daddy's yesterday and was immediately given a prompt appointment for today Oct. 15. Joe, the owner, arrived early after first calling to ask if it would be convenient for him to arrive much earlier than had been scheduled. He arrived promptly and in a couple of hours the dryer vent was reamed out, the carpets were expertly cleaned (Joe would not allow me to move items off the floor out of his way....he did it all), and he even took the time to grab a handful of pine needles out of a clogged rain gutter when I said I couldn't reach them !!) Joe Gaito was professional, gentlemanly, highly skilled in his craft, efficient, and neat. With the coupons and discounts found on the company's website, it was the best money I have spent on home maintenance and safety in a long while. I will call him again for other services and will recommend him highly to others.

Carpet Daddy's could not have been easier or more pleasant to deal with. Joe, the owner, took my calls / emails to get scheduled, and he and his team showed up and did a phenomenal job across two properties for me. They were quick, courteous, and did an A+ job. Joe's business integrity is also to be commended. I had originally ordered / planned for having my wood floors cleaned / polished, but when Joe came by he took a look and said that while he could do it, it wasn't necessary. He then explained how he looked at the floor for shine, etc. so I could understand what to look for / tell when I need the floor polished. I will definitely use Carpet Daddy's again.

They were very flexible and gave a senior citizen discount. I was really impressed with his work ethic.

provider arrived within specified time. cleaned all carpets in condo- they came out cleaner than any other cleaner i have used.. the condo is rented all summer and the carpets were badly stained and very dirty. when he was finished they looked amazing.

They were on time and very professional.

The technician arrived a bit later than was scheduled but he called to say he was delayed. The carpet that was cleaned had been cleaned in the past by other companies and no one had been able to get some of the stubborn stains out. Carpet Daddy was successful and the carpets look brand new. I would highly recommend them.

Dan did his job so well on the wall-to-wall carpet in my new home that I felt the cleaning of area rugs would be in good hands as well. The carpeting he cleaned, removing spots that had been in for God knows how long, and it was in beautiful shape when he finished. A neighbor even came over and I was proud to show her how nice it looked. As you might expect in a new home, things come up and at first I was dreading the appearance of yet another person to address an issue, but Dan phoned when he was getting close and we were ready. He is a dedicated individual without question, doing a great job and there was not the slightest feeling of being converged upon by people and equipment. That's a big plus. He'll be picking up the area rugs next week.

The worker arrived a few minutes early. He came in and quietly performed all his duties. He was pleasant and professional.

Provider did a great job on our wall to wall carpeting as well as all area rugs. Job was done effectively, on time, and in a short time. We greatly appreciated the flexibility and willingness to work with us to come in on short notice. I would most definitely recommend this provider to others.

The scheduling went fine but when it came time for them to show they were late. This was after they called 3 earlier times first wanting to know if they could come early. Our response was yes. During the following 3 hours they did not show and they actually called twice saying they were on their way which they were not. Finally I called their office wanting to know when they were actually coming and the offfice told me they were driving into my driveway as I was speaking to them and they were not. I had to wait again for additional 20 minutes. When they did get here they performed a good job but the time delays were very frustrating.

It went great. The fellow who came was very professional and friendly. He did a phenomenal job.

The technician that came was friendly. He called me to let me know he was on his way, but came a little past the 1:00-3:00 window that I was given. The office had made a mistake on the work order and put down that only the 2 bedrooms were to be cleaned, but I wanted the entire condo done. The tech apologized for the error and arranged for someone else to take his last job so he could finish our place (I was ultimately charged for only 3 rooms). The tech moved furniture that needed moving. Their advertisement says carpets dry in 2 hours. After I signed the completed work order I saw a disclaimer that Berber carpet will take longer to dry. It was not mentioned to me verbally before or during the cleaning. The weather was admittedly very humid, but the AC was on and I put fans on as much of the carpet as I could. It still took parts of the carpet 24 hours to dry. Carpet Daddy doesn't put any protectors down between the furniture and the wet carpet. Some of my furniture has metal buttons on the feet, so I put plastic wrap under them when I realized they were starting to rust. The next day I noticed that the carpet that has the most traffic looked uneven. I called the company back and arranged for another visit at a time that was convenient for me. I believe the owner came. He went over the main traffic area again and it was much better. He apologized for the inconvenience. I would most likely try a different company next time.

The representative was over 1 hour late in showing up and didn't call. I had to call the office to see if they were coming. I finally got a call from the cleaner 5 minutes before he showed up, who claimed his phone wasn't working, which is why he didn't call. Yet he called me on his phone and he spent at least half the time in my house talking on the phone while cleaning the carpets. The company claims they love carpet cleaning, can remove just about any stain, and that the process they use will dry in about 2 hours. Our cleaner went through the motions of cleaning without articulating or demonstrating any knowledge of stains, stain removing technique, or love of carpet cleaning; at least half of our stains came back as soon as the carpet was dry; and in several areas where we asked for special care because of previous problems, new stains appeared. While some of the carpet was dry, most of it took a full 24 hours to dry. Finally, the cleaner had nothing to put between the furniture and wet/cleaned capet, so wood tables, wood speakers, couches, and chairs sat on wet carpet while it dried. (Note: This was not a challenging or exceptional job, it was just doing a routine cleaning of a carpet trying a new carpet cleaning company based on Angie's list reviews.) None of the expectations from reading about the company proved to be accurate with this experience. I had a house full of people over the next several days, so didn't bother to call the office to complain. In fact, I wouldn't want the particular carpet cleaner who came out to ever come into my house again. So the thought of them coming back out to fix what they didn't do right the first time was simply a recipe for more disappointment and frustration. I simply take it as a lesson learned. The price was very inexpensive... so I guess you get what you pay for and I paid relatively little and got very little by way of professional carpet cleaning and cleaned carpets in return. My biggest concern is the reviews on Angie's list. Somehow they are so far from my experience that I question the validity. I hired this group based on the reviews, and saw nothing even close to what's written. The end result is not just losing on this carpet cleaning experience, but losing some faith that the reviews on Angie's list are in fact to be fully trusted. There's just no way anyone who experienced what we got would give any positive much less straight A reviews, but this is all that's on the listing. All I can say is I am being very fair in detailing the experience and would not ever hire or recommend this company to anyone.

The employee from Carpet Daddy's was prompt and extremely courteous. He offered to move any furniture that i wanted moved. In addition he thoroughly cleaned all rooms and took pride in his work. They easily worked around my schedule. I will certainly use them again.

The cleaners I used in California were able to get out the same red wine stain that Carpet Daddy's couldn't.

They did a really good job. They are locally owned and had a lot of coupons. They guy came and did a phenomenal job. I can’t say enough good things about them.

They were excellent. I wasn't there the day they came but my husband was very pleased with them. He was telling some of our neighbors that he highly recommended them.
