Description of Work: Carpet cleaned the entire house for a fair price; service provider was friendly and easy to work with; after he completed the work there were still some stains that showed up once the carpet dried; not sure if these could have been impossible to get up or if he simply didn't catch them. Overall the carpet looks considerably improved but there are still a couple of stains that are bothersome

Description of Work: Cleaned 5 carpeted rooms and one easy chair. All work was done quickly and professionally. I was skeptical that the carpet would be dry enough to walk on upon completion, but to my surprise it was very dry to the touch. I would certainly use this company again, both for cost and quality of work.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned the first floor and two sets of stairs plus both landings. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work.

Description of Work: They had a special for which they cleaned the living room/dining room, a flight of stairs and 2 throw rugs. Excellent job, excellent service, and a met5hod we like much better than the old steam clean.

Description of Work: Carpet Daddy's cleaned two rooms for us. A small office wall to wall carpet and our Living room area rug. I was not pleased at all. Our LR carpet is light colored & they left huge swirl marks. Had them come back & now we have 5-7 small black marks on carpet and still see some swirls. Carpet did not smell fresh & clean afterward. It was like they just moved the dirt around, not get it up. I have since cleaned the carpet myself.

I toyed around the idea of doing it myself |But it wasn't practical. |I happened to see a flyer for Carpet Daddy's and gave them a ring. |The owner came out and gave me an estimate and was confident they could do the job. The floor was in horrible shape and had seen better days. He sent his crew in and had my den floor sanded and stained the same day. |It. Is. Breathtaking. |Versus what I had beforehand, they did a phenomenal job and made it look fantastic. |I'm very pleased and will plan to use them again when refinishing my other flooring

Description of Work: They had cleaned my carpets. He was supposed to come back and redo a room however my phone call was not returned nor have they returned to do the carpet again. The date of service may be off a little bit.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in three rooms. Did a great job. One exception was a few drops of blood that he couldn't get out which didn't really surprise me but was disappointing. It was a great price for a good job especially after my Angie's discount. I have already recommended them.

Description of Work: They came and "attempted" to clean our carpets. Machine kept breaking and they couldn't finish job. They quotes us 80 but only changed us half because they only completed half the work. They were great with customer service and punctuality but service they are known for was terrible.

Description of Work: I liked the carpet cleaning. My only complaint was a single serviceman came and my husband pitched in and helped him handle the long hoses.
