Mr. Callaway and all the staff were professional and very helpful. This was my first time having to deal with such a large home improvement project. And to top it off they were able to complete the whole job in one day.

I would use the utmost caution if your hiring these people. Encountered a minor drip coming from my roof. Called Keith the owner and he was very timely and appeared to find the problem. He said there was a minor issue and we scheduled his guys to come out to address. They came out made the repairs and the roof still dripped. In the meantime I also had them replace some trek boards around my garage door and replace an exterior door, (multiple thousand dollar job). Keith said he would guarantee the roof repair and charged me 450.00 by reshingling the 'valley' where 2 points of the roof meet. Now I have water damage, (see photos) and the trek he installed is pulling away. Tired of dealing with people you pay top dollar and they charge you to return to fix the job they should have done in the first place; and they don't even fix it. Remember one thing, just cause your licensed doesn't mean your capable of doing the work.

We needed to have a walk-in-shower installed to replace our 20 inch high whirlpool bathtub. Through Angie’s List we found the perfect contractor in Calloway Corporation LLC. The owner Keith stopped by within a day of posting, looked at our layout and what we wanted done and he was back a day later with the estimate which was very reasonable for the work we wanted accomplished. We had to revise the original estimate a few times only because my wife wanted extras added which was not a problem. The owner and his right-hand manager Katherine were more than agreeable and cordial in meeting our needs and goals. The work crew was very punctual showing up every day at 0700, military time, 7:00 am. Retired Navy, what can I say. The demolition phase included R J and Jeremy removing the old walk-in shower and attached closet, removal of the huge whirlpool tub and the large Glass Block Window. Removal of the window necessitated cutting a hole in the siding, removing the old insulation and boards. Luckily, we had two boxes of new siding in our attic for the initial house build which saved us money along with floor tiles that were used to patch and enlarge the floor. Once the backdrop for the new shower was installed with the necessary braces for tie in of the grab bar and teak chair that same day the two carpenters installed new insulation and siding. And honestly it looked as if it was the original work. The carpenters were outstanding. Very meticulous, paid attention to detail, and did not miss one nail on outside clean up. Masters of their Trade!!!! What really impressed us was the way they treated our home with respect putting drop cloths on all the floors leading to the bathroom work area. They also did a top to bottom clean up at the end of each day’s work. The tile setter Rob is a Master of his trade. Probably one of the best tile setters in Delaware. Talk about perfection!!!! His final work looks good enough to be a multi-million-dollar mansion. Our walk in shower looks fabulous. Keith and Katherine provided us with the best sub-contractors in the area. The Plumber, Electricians, and Painters did a fantastic job and cleaned up afterward and took all waste products with them. Not only did R J and Jeremy work on demolition they also built beautiful, sturdy and space saving shelves and put on perfectly closing folding doors, installed new tiles and installed the grab bar and teak seat in the shower and installed our new vanity with all the hardware. Everything came out Beautiful. My wife and I both love what they accomplished for us. I know this was verbose but I wanted to instill in anyone who needs a top-notch contractor and crew who complete a project with pride in workmanship, work ethic and trustworthiness to call on Calloway Corporation for any project. Better than I could have imagined! In January 2023, I decided to open up my living/dining room area by doing a remodel in Seaford DE. This consisted of removing two walls to open up the space. After receiving a couple of quotes, I selected Callaway Corp as the price was incredibly reasonable and their designer/project coordinator, Katherine, helped me envision what it could look like (including paint colors, flooring, lighting, electrical, and more). What used to be a dark and dingy area is now bright and cheerful and my guests no longer walk into a “tube” from the front door. It is completely open and I have so much more room. During the process, the crews discovered some foundation issues and some water damage, of which was expertly fixed. The entire project was complete on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home remodel. Callaway is an honest and experienced construction company and I am already planning my phase 2 renovations with them.

I am an avid reader of reviews but seldom write reviews unless a review is truly warranted (good or bad). In this case, I feel the need to share my positive experience with Callaway Corporation since this is uncommon in my area, especially with contractors. I cannot say enough great things about Callaway Corporations, to include Keith, Katharine, and all of the hard workers that actually installed my new roof. Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. Callaway definitely exceeded my expectations with customer service, workmanship, and level of professionalism. I would not hesitate to call on Callaway Corporation for any future needs.

Katherine, you don't even know and I certainly can’t express how amazing every person of the Callaway Construction Company has been from the first day of receiving the initial call to set up the estimate, the crew, to this message I received from you to finish business. This entire experience has been like no other and that is something to be proud of as an employee of the company and as the owner of the business. I can tell you I'm terrible at getting multiple estimates because as a business owner I believe that if you give me a price for the work requested then that is the price I shall pay for your skill, experience and your word that you are going to follow through and perform exactly as you sold it to me and I can say that Mr Callaway has exceeded in every way my expectations of being a stand up and replicable business owner. I was not present during any of the delivery of materials or construction and I had not one worry in the world because I can tell you every neighbor had given me one update after another and expressed to me everyday how amazing the entire project was going, and I could feel genuine happiness with every word they spoke through messages and phone calls. As I finally arrive in Delaware a week after construction of the new roof I’m met one by one by surrounding neighbors in excitement for me to see the roof and to hear my thoughts. I would give this business a hundred starts and that would times by 10 if the neighbors that contacted me with positive feedback would all leave a review. I highly recommend Callaway Construction for all your construction needs. Katherine is the most amazing person and a true delight to work with. This project consisted of a new roof being built over an existing flat roof. Materials included trusses, metal roofing panels, soffit, siding, etc.

They promptly returned phone calls. Work performed in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. Workers were polite and they cleaned up the yard of debris beautifully. Keith and Joani were wonderful to deal with and a lot of my neighbors hired them for various jobs. It is hard to get contractors in Ocean City to even return your phone calls. Thoroughly professional perfect work. The crews worked diligently and the results are amazing! Especially the deck , the Evergrain boards are gorgeous and no-more-splinters ! I have a huge hot-tub on the deck and it was no trouble at all to be moved ! I highly recommend Callaway Corporations LLC for any work you need !

Perfect...he did a temp in the rain / wind....back in 3 days ..1st day after rain stopped and did a tear off / replacement of roof to front of home. Superb!!! Lifetime warranty

This company rock it! They were professional, they were reliable, neat, courteous, they gave us an accurate bid and most importantly, they did the job correctly in the first time. They advised us with the latest technology in waterproofing and we cannot be more pleased with the results. I have recommended them to others and will happily do so again.

Had a leak during a big storm a few months back. Figured it was the roof so called around and got a few estimates. Some companies wanted to sell me an entire new roof, one without even bothering to go up and check the condition of the shingles or whether the roof was the actual cause. Callaway came by promptly and quickly determined that it was not in fact the roof but rather windows (improperly installed by the prior owner) that were the issue. He gave me a variety of options for fixing, and just as importantly did not try to upsell me a roof I don't need (yet). Communication was excellent throughout the process and he was very professional at all time. When we do need a new roof in a handful of year, he'll be the first call.
