Description of Work: Inspection of kitchen cabinets to determine why moving away from wall.

Description of Work: We purchased a new home in Rehoboth Beach DE. I met with Eric twice - once at the pre-drywall walk-through and once at my final walk-through. Eric charged $150 for each visit. For the first meeting, Eric was punctual for our meeting and we walked the house together with Eric noting issues and concerns. Eric seemed quite knowledgeable about all facets of the house - my questions were answered with clarity and completeness (at least to my basic knowledge of home construction). His report appeared to be thorough - it included a written description of the issue found and pictures of each issue. I received the report the next day. Eric is willing to go back to the house after the issues are addressed by the builder and re-inspect at no additional charge - a service not many of the other inspectors are willing to do. For the final walk-through, he walked the home mostly by himself given my wife and I were busy with the project manager. He summarized his findings with our project manager at the end of his inspection and followed up the next day with a written report. Both inspections seemed thorough. The inspection service has a A rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Description of Work: Eric performed two inspections on our new-build home: one at the pre-drywall phase and another immediately prior to our closing date.
