+ -1 moreProperty ineligible for FHA. We were told by a principal it was very close to approval 4 years ago. Other details to numerous to elaborate on.
Description of Work: Build, sell, project manage my condo.complex Many shortcuts and erroors and fraud. Sold me (and others) my condo for cash took my money and 3 weeks later stopped work and quit making contractual improvements. They have never resumed. + -1 moreSchell Brothers use extensive advertising in the DE beach area. However, we lost a substantial amount of money dealing with them. They made a serious error in building our home and they were unwilling to take responsibility and correct it.
