+ 3 moreInstallation took a little longer than anticipated but all was done correctly and equipment works great. Smart thermostat was easy to set up and is well worth adding.
Description of Work: Shagrin recently installed a new Lennox heater/AC unit with air purifier and smart thermostat. Price and quality very good. I've been a full service (2 HVAC units, Propane, 2 Fireplaces, Tankless water heater, maintenance contract) customer for years and have been completely satisfied with price and service. Mark Frey has been an outstanding sales person who has been able to provided the right equipment for our needs. Outstanding company.

+ -1 moreEverything went fine. Good company customer service and the technician was prompt, friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. The only concern I had was minor: I did not hear back from the company prior to the time of arrival. Would have been nice to have a confirmation call the day before to assure me they were coming.

Description of Work: Our three year old heater stopped working - They came out within an 1/2 hour and told us it was under warranty. Neat and careful in my home. Previously they had installed an all home humidifier which is why we called them. They were prompt, courteous and reasonable.

+ 1 moreWe have used Schagrin Gas twice, once for a general checkup and instruction on a propane fireplace and the second time to PM our propane heating system. We recently purchased the home and were unfamiliar with propane systems. Both services were performed by P.J. who was professional, informative and extremely helpful. He took time to explain the systems and even checked our stove to ensure it was working properly. The office staff was helpful and billing was correct and prompt. Highly recommend.
