When connecting the power supply to the tub, John drilled a hole in the skirt at the wrong location and had to drill a second hole to accommodate the wiring. According to the Owner's Manual . . ."Be sure your spa is connected to the power supply correctly - use a licensed electrical contractor." John admitted that he usually doesn't do the electrical installation. Then, Jason, discovered a leak. He was able to repair it and assured us that is shouldn't be a problem. He returned the following day, to fill the holes in the skirt. Overall, we don't feel we got what we had paid for.
Description of Work: John Hardy, our salesman, and an assistant, delivered and installed the hot tub. Jason, a Saratoga Spa technician, explained how to operate the tub and what chemicals to use to keep it running properly.

I am truly confused by this review. We did not receive one complaint from the customers. The review is deceptive and wrong in facts. We removed & disposed of an old spa [included in price] and in doing so re-used the wiring. We did not run any new electrical work. We only did this under the customers request to save money. All of the existing wiring was in good condition and within code so we did them a favor and pulled the wire in place. This was by THEIR request. This work is acceptable & does not require an electrician. As far as having to drill 2 holes, it was a mistake that was totaling fixable to new condition. We were trying to squeeze the tub between steps at either end of the spa. The comment about Jason being a Saratoga spa technician is also wrong. Jason works for New Wave Spas. As far as the rating on punctuality. We arrived on time each visit; the pre-sale site inspection, delivery of the tub and the start-up. I also supplied them with a extra supply of chemicals because the start up phase of the delivery did not go as smoothly as I would like. If these gentleman did not like the spa model itself I am sorry. They have never complained to me and it is the biggest selling model that I sell. It has three pumps and well jetted. The package included a cover lifter, ozonator, start-up chemicals, delivery and removal/disposal of their old spa. When I called the [Member name removed] about his review and the fact that he didn't make any complaints to me he said he didn't think it was a bad review. I don't know what he thinks a bad review would be for a company. I take customer service and satisfaction very seriously. I have been in the hot tub business since 1990 because I give good customer service. If the customer had made a complaint and we had not attempted to resolve any issues I could accept this review.
