Description of Work: Called March 31 to make an appointment. Spoke with the owner, Mary. She made an appointment for April 1st and came on time to provide an estimate for moving services. We made an arrangement for a local move to take place later in April. I will provide more detail review after the move is done.

 + 1 moreWe had a superb experience with this moving company. The owner - Mary, came to meet us at a time in the day that was convenient for us, listened to what we needed and gave us a very fair price quote for the entire move. As the date approached, our settlement date was unexpectedly moved to the end of the month, which was of course, already booked by other customers. Mary came up with a solution by meeting us after the workday and brought her staff who were willing to work during the evening. They handled everything smoothly and took great care with our furniture and belongings. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again!
Description of Work: The moving team did an exceptional and professional job of quickly categorizing, carefully loading and unloading, unpacking and making sure all items were in the locations that we wanted them to be.

 + -1 moreMy best friend used this company and she had damage to multiple items. Scratches on her dining room table and broken glass also paintings were destroyed that were one of a kind .The owner Mary claimed to replace the items witch she never did because she was not insured .My girlfriend paid almost double what the original estimate was . The crew that was provided smoked cigarettes every 5 minutes because she was paying by the hour .Overall it was a nightmare experience . Items were missing when brought to the owners attention she said you simple can't prove that , which is true .Bottom line the service was very unprofessional and lousy .The owner is very shady and I don't want this company to rip off anyone else because it's not fair and it's a scam business.

Next time I need to move she will be the first and last person I'll call. Great service at a fair price is hard to find these days. A real thumbs up for A Woman's Touch Moving and Packing.
