He is a one man operation. I had him be the only one man to come to my house. He is licensed and insured and he is working since 1962. I have a mobile home and he went under it as I had a leak and put up the insulation that was knocked down by the water. He was here in June of last year as I had a leak. The piping was old and I had to take care of it. The older mobile homes had a fudge board flooring and it disintegrated. He was able to fix that and he was wonderful. He took back the rug which was not destroyed but he took back the underlayment which was destroyed. It took back the underlayment and took out all the wood that was destroyed and he put down fresh ply wood and a better wood and he put back everything. It is very clean and very nice. I was very pleased. He was very reasonable and I imagine it was good because it costs $1000 and to me and it was worth every penny. To go under the house and repair the insulation it cost me $150. He is able to do the work alone because I am not going to be here as far as doing the insulation. I happened to go out and when I came back he just left the bill and thing was done. It was really nice. He didn’t need me to get into the place. He put everything right once he was finished. I didn’t have to worry about putting things back on. I was just very pleased.
