Description of Work: They were OK. I was originally quoted a price with 250 W panels that had a 7 year payback. I questioned them about higher efficiency panels and they came back with 290W panels with a 5 1/2 year payback. Why not give you the option for more powerful panels in the first place. I wasn't impressed with the mounting system either. Way too many screws into heating instead of lags into roof rafters. The process also took longer than promised, resulting in me having to wait an entire year for my tax credit. They used an inverter that has the capability to use 2 strings, but only ran one. If one panel is blocked or goes bad, the whole system will suffer instead of just one string.
