We got quotes for some exterior repair and remodeling work. Not only did Carl have the best price, he actually included more work items. His crew got started right away and continued working until they were done. Speaking of which, both Sean and Jason were polite, professional, and willing to explain what was going on. They also dealt very well with problems that cropped up due to concealed conditions. And their work was very high quality. Fair pricing, quality workmanship, responsive company. Would not hesitate to use this firm again.

AWFUL! I met with Carl to discuss the contractor, signed the contract and gave him a $5,000 deposit. About a week before he was to start the work, he decided that the siding wasn't included and wanted another $30,000 to do the complete job. I was shocked to say the least and when he never showed up to start on July 6th or responded to me, I knew he wasn't a man of his word and told him to either get the work done or refund the deposit. Yesterday in the mail I get back my plans and a check for just under $4,800. I called Carl to find out why the check isn't equal to the deposit I gave him and all I got was attitude. He sent me a permit that I can not use and told me "be glad I didn't charge you for my time". REALLY?!?!?! I would NEVER recommend Carl Alessi or his company to ANYONE! I will also let everyone who recommended him to me know the type of person he is. STAY AWAY!

He showed up promptly! He would drop everything at time to make certain he could go to closing on time. He was pleasant and professional. His team of employees did a great job at completing the jobs and ensuring they were done right. They also cleaned up after themselves. He made certain everything was done right. He would always call and check and see how thing were going after a repair, obtained feedback from us as to the quality and professionalism of his team. It is great to know that there are good contractors out there that you can count on.

Carl was great to work with. He came in fast for an estimate, stuck to the estimate, and did a great job. He even did some finish work we didn't ask him to do, like frame and drywall around a long heating vent - and didn't charge anything additional for it. We had some issues with our electrical contractor and some city permits and Carl worked with everyone to make it go as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend using Alesi Construction.

They do everything very thorough and specific. The price was high.

We have used him about four times now to do major renovations for our home. He is an outstanding builder. He is very creative and does beautiful work. The work is done beautiful the first time. He is punctual and his price is right on target, there is never any add-ons in his work. We are about to use him again for some more work.
