The Cleaning Company

They started out ok, only missing a few things here and there . When they left. they left chairs and trashcans out on tp of tables. They even rolled up dirty bath mats and left them on the clean countertops. We told them about not doing this and they never stopped. They left envelopes in every room asking for tips. They signed these as 'management' as if we were leaving the envelopes. This company never asked us for permission to do this. We hired them for a whole season and theythey made a copy of the key we let them use without permission. They also would clean too early and the level of cleaning continued to decline. I called the manager who said he would remedy any issues and all that was wrong with the cleaning and he never came out to look. It was agreed they would come out and do a fresh cleaning in the off season the day before, they came two weeks early and let themselves in with the key they had made without permission and it was not cleaned for our tenants. The last straw was when they missed a cleaning appointment alltogether. The last two cleanings performed we just a spruce up and they never cleaned what I specifically outlined for them to clean, nor did I authorize him to do these. I had to refund tennants twice because the cleaning was so poor.
