Description of Work: They did not drape the upstairs so that all the drywall sanding came downstairs. They re did some tape seams, had to come back and they did. Ryan Homes drywall is really bad and the guys tried their best. The could clean up better - and lesson learned- get paint from same place, We had painted some with Ace Clark/Kensington, they used Sherwin Williams fom the same Olympic sample we used.Paint did not match well at all. We waited for them since end of April, but that was OK as I had surgery.

+ -1 moreThe project went well and took several days to complete. Most areas required two coats of paint. I was pleased with the suggestions for paint and satisfied with the final product. The work also included any drywall repairs that were needed.
