+ -1 moreI installed my own system at our previous home and it was fairly simple. However when we moved to Salisbury, I was too busy with my new job and decided to hire out the job. I already had the controller and collars - just needed installation. Ken (the owner) showed up right on time and got the job done quickly. I noticed he used a heavier-duty wire than the controller originally came with and that was a plus. Twice since the installation other contractors (DirecTV and my landscaper) have cut the underground wire. Both times, Ken has responded quickly to make repairs and get the fence working again. In each case, I thought the bill was a fair price. Since my dogs were already trained to use an invisible fence, I did not require Ken's service in training them. However from my interactions I believe he would do a good job in getting the dogs trained as well. A+
Description of Work: Installation of invisible fence in 2011. Two service calls afterwards to repair cuts in the wire made by other contractors.
