Description of Work: They were great and I would use again. The only problem was they put a door in and hid the key and I could never find the key and have yet to open the door. Looks like I will have to get a locksmith to change lock and get new key. | |Other than that I was happy.

 + 4 moreConstruction went well. Any issues that arose were addressed and corrected If necessary. Dan does not "do drywall" and our main complaint with the latest work would be with the subcontractor he hired for that part of the job. Dan has built additions, renovated homes, and built a home from the ground up for us. Design, framing, windows, siding, decks, roofs, etc. He is meticulous and takes great pride in a job well done and done right. Over the course of time, we would have asked that door installation be more precise (weather stripping failure has been an issue). Otherwise, we are very satisfied and can recommend Dan!
Description of Work: Designed and constructed an addition to our home. Including a 4 piece bathroom, all HVAC, electrical and plumbing connection. Dan Donoway has done work for us over the past 13 years, from minor repairs to whole house construction. We have several rentals I the area and he worked for us steadily over the years.
