Showed up on time. He did a total tear off and replacement of a flat roof for a business. It was a pleasure working with Ted and he is very transparent with his pricing. Customer service is outstanding and easy to work and communicate with. He is responsive and willing to answer any questions I may have. Great very easy to work with.

I have found shingles on my back section of my home coming up, I have be trying to get a hold of to come out. I texted Theodore S. multiple times and no one has come by to even look at the problem, They left all kinds of equipment here i.e. ladder, tarp and trash. They came out the day after the review was posted, the problems I hope were taken care. I hope not to have any other issues I will say they are some of the nicest people I have worked with.

Over past 20 years I've had deck clean and stained by several contractors. These guys were by far the best of any. The quality of work their was excellent and completed as promised. Their attitude was friendly and professional. I would definately use them again.

Everyone should hire him. He was super, super. He gave me a price and then came back and lowered it. Three very nice gentlemen. They thought of everything and cleaned up everything. I am so happy with them.

It is just fair to add this note after having disputed more with this service group. Very negative texts were received when I asked them to complete their work on their poor and messy wall surface painting and incomplete work. Just power wash and caulking they charged $3500. However they refused to put back the screens and clean the old shutters as part of the work. And the peaks of paint that were washed off simply scattered everywhere in my yard. They came back only scatterly rapes a small plastic bag then claimed they cleaned. While they powe washed my home, they simply tore off the street numbers and abused the numbers into broken pieces and left right underneath my windows outside. They said they will buy new numbers and put back for us but didn t. Many many poor quality service with very negative attitude. By the way, except the last three days, I had bought the entire working crew lunch everyday costing around $20 a day for about 20 days. The trick this service was playing was to use low introduction cost to get the work and then change the cost dur8ng the work when you have no much options. And they would make you trust them then tell you others things you may want to to. If not, what potential damage would cause, etc. My dry wal project was estimated at $2700. I was told very friendly that the job will be done with quality. At the end, the same work cost was raised twice to $6700, and they asked the full payment before the job was completed but they said completed. And then they said the windows need to re-caulk to prevent outside water into the house. Then they estimated a 4-day job for $3500. And they actually had it done in two full days with two working guys. Again, they beg for full payment before they completed work, and then again suggest for a paint of full house. And asked $12000. With a negotiation, the cost was agreed on $11500. The father, played same game, asked a $5500 up front pay. When I decided I will wait when the weather gets warmer to pa8nt, they chanted their face, refused to return to complete their job to put window screens and shutters back on. And they left debris of power wash around my house. Using this service will bear high risk of hassles and poor attitude and incomplete work. Your money can be spent without a comfortable return. I WILL NOT recommend this service to anyone.

Theodore arrived promptly to the job and worked very efficiently. I am very pleased with the patched drywall.

They responded to the request quickly,promptly,& delivered what they had promised and cleaned up very well.

We had a leak somewhere in our roof that was causing the interior wall of a bedroom to crack and leak water inside. We found Ted on HomeAdvisor and called him for an estimate. He came, reviewed the problem, and pointed out what he felt were other problems on the roof. He quoted us $1500 to fix the leak as well as other problems he identified and assured us "we were in good hands, he'd take great care of us" etc. Three months later, the wall was leaking again, and this time tremendously worse which made it clear the roof was never fixed to begin with and water had continued to accumulate the last three months until enough pressure cracked the wall . I called Ted and he 1) felt that it wasn't his problem because three months had passed and 2) said "well you know your roof has problems" Ted absolutely refused to stand by his work. I now firmly believe that he never attempted to fix the leak or perhaps even thought he ever could fix it. I think he took a look at our house and picked a dollar amount of what he thought he could rip us off for. Ted is an absolute scam artist, is extremely unskilled, and I urge everyone to stay away from hiring him.

I would highly recommend this contractor for any work that they could do. They did a great job fixing the hole in our ceiling caused by needed plumbing work.

Very disappointed with the service received. To start off, they arrived an hour late with a rented machine that wasn't working. After it was fixed, the job got rushed. The insulation was just blown over everything including old boxes and wood planks. I had to redo the job myself by lifting the wooden planks and putting the insulation underneath where it belongs. Nice people but not a good job.
