Michael was very informative explaining everything he was going to do and what he did do. Helped with what to do in the future and preventative measures. He explained what we should and shouldn’t do. When he was finished, he cleaned everything up. He also told us about other services offered if we ever needed help in the future. His assistant was also very helpful. Everything was resolved

Michael Cochran was the technician to come out and diagnose basement drain issues. I had received other reccommendations to dig up area and reinstall new drains costing several thousands of dollars. Michael explained everything that needed to be done, and did the work in a timely fashion and cleared the drains during that same visit. Rained later that evening and there were no signs of water in basement. Great job Zoom Drain!

Service man was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Replacement sump pump took about an hour which I found more than reasonable.

Michael was efficient and knowledgeable, and company responded and came immediately. Price seemed quite high, but it was an urgent issue - fully clogged sewer drain - so we were in no position to shop around. Note that the price was fully disclosed up front and we agreed to it - just seemed high for the amount of work required.

Professional and courteous experience from the first phone call, to the promised return call from the owner, to the same day onsite visit by the technician. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took time to educate us while they cleared the drain blockage. This company is HIGHLY recommended. I hope I never need to call them again, but will not hesitate if needed.
