William and team were great....prompt, thorough with project, above and beyond service....we love the low profile of the lightning rods, as well as the security of knowing our house is protected.

Very happy with W B Lightning Rods for their prompt service to install the lighting rods in our house. They helped us a lot while we were trying to get the HOA approval by providing supporting documents something the HOA needed. Once we had HOA approval, William scheduled us within couple of days and got it installed. They positioned the ground wire nicely hidden behind the waterspout.

William Burden is the third generation owner of WBLightningRods and his company has been in business since 1950. He is very courteous, professional, was on time, and has a very good crew. William was present for the entire installation. We chose the copper system. We are glad for the peace of mind a lightning rod system will provide.

They were very responsive and made it happen quickly to meet our needs...

William and his crew showed up right on time. William carefully explained what they'd be doing, and he was tremendously patient with my incessant questions, since I wanted to make absolutely sure that our house was completely protected. (Even I was annoying myself with all my questions!) His crew was here for about 5 hours. They were hardworking and courteous. They did a fantastic job. We'll almost certainly have them out later in the year to protect our barn.

The company was about to leave town for another appointment when they got my message. They responded immediately and quickly finished the installation. They were courteous and professional.

I live in a relatively small cabin in the woods and lightning has always been a concern. We've lost a number of electronics and appliances and wasn't sure there was a practical solution until I spoke with William. Although I am a small-time customer he treated me with the same respect as a large client. He didn't oversell and the installation is high-quality and done in such a way that doesn't draw attention to the lightning protection installation which I appreciate.
