Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B.

Excellent experience with team and William who stayed on-site during installation. Team was very professional, explained how/what they were going to do and answered all questions. Team was able to handle our unique tall and steep roof.

I hired W B Lighting Rods/William Burden to install lightning rods on my home. I spoke to William on a Monday and by Thursday before 1 PM the lightning rods were installed on my home. William explained everything he was going to do before he did it. The lightning rods were affordable and most of all it gives me peace of mind knowing that my home is protected against lightning strikes and fire damage. I couldnâ t be happier with this company!!

WB Lightning Rods happened to be in our area 5 years ago when we had a massive lightning strike and damage to our home. They installed the rods within days of the roof repair and were patient with our questions. Fast forward 5 years, after our recent roof replacement, I asked if they could come out and inspect the rods placement. They are extremely busy due to the stormy time of year but were good about contacting me with updates on when theyâ  d be back in the area. They contacted me when they were in a nearby town, set up an appt for a few days later, showed up to the appointment promptly and spent a generous amount of time, materials, and effort making sure the rods were straight and secure again. Very happy with the service, their professionalism, and work. I recommended them to our neighbors and would definitely have them install rods on any future houses.

The project was lightning rod installation. The work was custom fitted, very responsive to the owner's requests . The contractor was very helpful with suggestions and implementation of best practices. The contractor was brave & effective at considerable elevation (45-50 feet) above ground level. The end result was aesthetically attractive and the contractor was super amiable; his crew appeared to be dedicated.

I live in Florida, lightning capitol, so I felt having lightning rods installed would be great protection for my house. I would recommend this company if you want to protect your house. They were very professional and efficient. Because of many different roof lines on my house, they needed to install 7 rods. They arrived at noon and finished in a couple of hours. I am very happy with their work, and feel much safer.

I now have wonderful lighting rods! My house got struck by lightning last year and burned to the ground. I now feel secure about my house being protected!

He took extra care to plan the rod and cable placement to ensure the proper protection and retain the aesthetics of our home. His crew were knowledgeable, polite, neat and efficient.
