Great job! It only takes one hit by lightning to start looking into lightning protection which is not the same as FPL whole house surge protection. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing. I wanted lightning protection for a long time. I found him through the internet and he was polite, experienced and very knowledgeable of the subject. We discussed options before installation and the job was preformed quickly and he even hid the cable behind the downspout and buried the ground rod so it would not be noticeable from the street. A very professional and clean installation with exceptional service.

William contacted me the same day. He was in Wilmington doing another install. He came the next day. He had quoted me an estimated price over the phon. When he got here, the house was much bigger than he had thought but he honored his quote. He was very professional, friendly. I could not have been more happy with the install, the time it took, and every part of this was satisfying.

I have been researching lightning rods for several months, as two of my neighbors��� homes have been hit. In one of these cases, the lightning started an attic fire and the fire department had to extinguish smoldering insulation, causing severe water damage to the home. William, the owner of this family-run company, is professional and engaging. He responded on the same day I inquired with Home Advisor. Together we walked around my home as he answered my questions and asked my preferences about where to place cables etc. His estimate was below what I expected, so I hired him before getting my customary second estimate. I had some difficulty getting in touch and scheduling the work (only reason for 4 stars in customer svc), but they had urgent family matters which is understandable. They arrived on time on the scheduled day and asked my preferences before beginning the work. The job was completed quickly & efficiently and they did an excellent job! I thought with a smaller home out in the open the lightning rod system would be obvious, but I am pleased that it is barely noticeable. In the end, the job cost almost half of what the local company charged and they made up for the delayed appointment by throwing in an extra... They were well worth the wait. Its been several month since the installation and I am still extremely happy with the work. I highly recommend.
