Family run business. Pride of ownership is reflected in their work. I was taken by another company. When they took my lightning rods down to get a new roof, they basically shredded my cable. Also the screws that were used by the previous installer were not correct. William pointed out the issues and worked out a fair price. I was given new lightning rods too! Oh and I received a weather vane. Here it is storming and lightning today and I feel very safe. So glad to have worked with this company!

William Burden responded to our request for a quote within the hour. He and his son were at the site the next morning. He explained the situation we had--which was extremely unsafe as the cabling system had deteriorated and had missing sections along with missing rods. His costs to replace were reasonable so we commissioned him to replace the entire system. He is very personable, patient with explanations of options, professional, and works efficiently. While he was in the area, he also constructed a protective system on our main house. We would always go back to WB Lightning Rods for any future needs and highly recommend him to others!

We replaced the original roof on our house. I expressed my concerns about re-installation of the lightening rods to my roofer. We have had at least three direct hits since they were originally installed in 2013. My roofer called William who was very helpful. William offered to come out an make sure everything was 100% after re-installation. He came the day after I called and I'm glad he did. While the reinstall was the best he had seen (his words) there were issues after 5 year and 3 strikes that needed addressed. He fixed those and now I have a new roof and I am certain the lightening rods will work as intended. Highly recommend this company.

No sooner had I finished explaining our needs on Home Adviser than we received a phone call with an offer from WB Lightning Rods to check out our roof so we could get an estimate of the cost of installing a lightning protection system. William was an excellent listener and allowed as much time as necessary to answer all questions clearly without making us feel rushed in our decision. We knew exactly where, how, and why they made certain choices about installing the system before they began.Then they completed the work the same afternoon! The impressive, professional result was made with high quality materials carefully placed and didn't detract from the look of the house . They certainly put the customer first.
