The Deck Guy

Now that he got my money for the job he will not call back. Several boards missing stain. I have left 5 messages. I paid over 2000.00 for the job.

Deck was power washed. Deck size 10 by 25 feet.

They did an excellent job but it rained too soon so they came back and fixed it as soon as they could. Now it's beautiful again. They do great work!

Protected everything that needed protection, did not cause the wood to splinter by getting too close. Showed up when scheduled both days and did a thorough job applying the sealer.

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work.

I was so nonplused by him that I didn't fill out this survey! I'l never call him again.

They were good. I liked their willingness and anxious to get the work. They were perfect. Their prices were okay but now they have increased their prices. They were the only people that I interviewed and I did not know what was in the market. I had got another price from somebody who did the job in the neighborhood and it was $1,800 which I thought was outrageous. They are doing a request a street from my house now and are doing a wonderful job there as well. They are great. They come when they said they were going to come. They were very professional.

My new deck was powerwashed and stained by Dan Link, the Deck Guy, back in July of 2012. I noticed it was peeling this February (2013). The entire deck is peeling and getting worse. It looks like it needs to be powerwashed and re-stained. I emailed and left voice messages for Dan numerous times. He emailed me that he'd come out to take a look but has not yet done anything. This has been going on for a month and a half.

This was a wonderful experience - showed up very soon for an estimate, scheduled the work in a timely manner, and did an extraordinarily good job. I highly recommend this vendor! Who would have thought that I'd be excited about having my house powerwashed? Great experience.

They were a little slow responding to my emails, but once they scheduled the date to start the work they did the work when scheduled and followed up the powerwashing with the staining within a few days. All details were aranged by email, and I left a check for 1/2 the price on the day they did the powerwashing and 1/2 on the day they did the staining. I did not have to be home when they did the work. When I got home and saw the staining I called and left a message asking about the color of the stain on some new wood on the deck vs the color of the old wood on the deck. When they did not get back to me in a few days I sent an email. They answered the email with my options, and were willing to redo anything I had a problem with. I would use them again when I need my deck powerwashed and stained again.

The quote for the work was resonable but due to distance surcharge was high. The Desck Guy did respond promptly and was flexable.

They were very professional, on time, and did exactly what they said they would. They did a great job.

The Deck Guy came out and power washed and stained the deck. The stain did not take well the first time so he is coming back out to redo the whole thing without additional charges. The price is excellent. He is very nice and professional. I do wish they would call before they come.

I called twice and was told that the company would return my call. They did not.

They were really prompt in getting us the estimate and appointment. They were pretty accommodating. They took care of everything very quickly. We were very pleased. Their workmanship is of good quality. They are reasonably priced for the job that they do.

They came out right after our first conversation and return with a quote within 48 hours. On acceptance of the estimate we set a date to start. They came out and power washed the deck and said they would contact us for the date and time for the staining. The weather turned bad and our patio construction got delayed, so things got dragged out but everyone was making an effort to communicate and keep the process moving forward. We are pleased with the final result and everything was handle in a very professional manner. Happy in Landenberg PA

They did a very professional job. They hand brushed everything so you didn't have to worry about the spray getting on the side of your house. They did miss one area that was a ramp leading up to our shed. The day after I sent an email, the guy sent out somebody to take care of it and to do some other touch-up.

The owner Adam Smith returned my call promptly and came to my house as scheduled to give me an estimate. I was given lots of color choices. They scheduled the work and performed it very quickly after I accepted the proposal. Their work was immaculate. I have many difficult spots where the screened porch joins the deck and house with multiple colors close to each other. There were no bad spots, spills or overpaints. I was very pleased with the job they did and very proud of how my deck looks
