Recently I received a personalized ad brochure from the same company. In addtion to my address my name and some sort of I.D. number were printed elsewhere on the brochure. I thought I would try again because so called green services are very tough to find in my area. The national call center made a home visit appointment for me. On Monday of this week I got a call from one of the brothers confirming the visit to make a bid on the job. At about 8:15 on the day the appointment was scheduled for 1 pm saying they weren't going to do biz with because of the incident I described. The brother who called threw in that I didn't pay them for the final cleaning. That was the first I'd heard of that. I paid every bill I received. Add dishonest to rude? Their biz name is a complete misnomer. They aren't clean (in terms of professionalism). And they are certainly no authorities.

They were horrible. They're really bad. I left several messages. I had to have cleaning done and they never called me back and never showed up.

All went well: easy to schedule, employees are punctual and professional, and my requests for cleaning are met each time.

I hired this company and being referred by two friends. I received an immediate response to my inquiry and was given a thourough explaination of the services they provide. They sent in Team A for the first clean and they had their work cut of for them. I came home to a clean house!! It's was a fantastic job. Is it perfect, no but darn near close. It saves me the time and they do a great job. I have Team A for my bi-weekly cleans and love them!!! I would recommend them to anyone who wanted great service and a clean house!

The head of the local franchise called back promptly and explained their services and charges in good detail. However, subsequently I found a firm that appealed to me more as it was locally owned. I might still use the Cleaning Connection in the future if this local firm does not pan out for any reason.

They brought three people and combined all four of their rotations into one four hour period. They were thorough and professional. And, I have retained them to come every week to keep the house in and quot;sellingand quot; shape. I have had three different teams, but that has been an advantage because they each see something others (and me) may have missed. At this point , though, I think I will be having the same team from now on. And, that is good because they know me and my house...and my animals, 2 cats and 2 dogs. I am very happy with them and would recommend them.

Overall, the quality of the cleaning service was fair. Not great, but not terrible either. What drove us away from The Cleaning Authority was their scheduling process. On multiple occasions, we called to re-schedule a service and they forgot about the change and showed up when they were not supposed to. Once I got a discount on my next service but the other times, I simply got an apology. After the third time, we switched back to another service we used in the past. When I called to inform The Cleaning Authority, I was not asked why I was leaving (although they most surely had to know), no attempt was made to retain me as a customer, and the representative (Nicki) was very curt and unprofessional, in my opinion. In addition, the crew often left our ceiling fans on full, did not replace items in their original locations, and used items in closets that they had no permission to use.

I like the fact that they clean my house. Besides that, they don't do it as thoroughly as I would.

They have a fixed charge based on the size of the house. It is $100 for each time they come out. They have a rotation; one time when they come they do the deep cleaning of certain rooms and then another time they do deep cleaning of the other rooms. The last time, it was kitchen, the master bedroom and the bathroom. If you tell them that the shower stall really needs some scrubbing or something, they do it. There are no children or pets in the house so things are more or less in place so, they do according to the schedule laid out. Then there is the cleaning, the vacuuming and the moping. I tell them that the kitchen area, the sink, the stove area should be really moped thoroughly because there is a lot of wear and tear there. I had specified that they should come every other Friday, which they do and I had specified that they come after 10 O'clock, which they do, but you are not sitting and waiting for them. If they are a little late then, either they call, or the supervisor calls to let you know that they are coming a little late, which is important so that you don't feel if they will come or if they will not come. We pay them right then and there when they leave, so that is done and so there is no billing and all that.

It didn't work out very well. They did not clean the house very well. I kept pointing out things that needed improvement and they did not improve. I spoke to the management of the company and they indicated that they would not be able to meet my expectations. Overall when they did come, they did not leave the house clean and neat.

I have been using this company on and off for many years. The people they send are very nice and for a while there was a consistent crew. I liked the rotation of services and had the whole house cleaned bi-weekly and had the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned weekly. We do feel the slightly over $400 per month cost is a little much for mostly dusting and vacuuming.
