They came to our house right on time & began to troubleshoot our PC right away. It was a serious crash. It was fully repaired and ready to go in a few hours. It was a very reasonable charge for the work they did. We are very happy with the work they did to save us the expense of a new PC. Also, having them come to the house & not have to pack up the tower was a big plus.
